So my heart has been a bit more skippy lately, usually when I lay down to sleep, but today it felt like skipping a lot.

maybe it didn't like my choice of character lol

There is more of this session, just gotta look through it, but this happened close to the start of the recording.

Before Rena got her diagnosis, she would occasionally have these episodes of her heart fluttering like mad. They'd last a few seconds or a minute and then it would sort itself out.

It would always catch her off guard and she was even a bit fascinated by it. There was no pain or dizziness, just a short but big tantrum from heart for a few seconds. Bringing it up to her doctor started the process of her getting her diagnosis.

She has a better understanding of it now, knowing that it's a part of her condition but manageable with medication.
