The ayu one I think it’s called white ode and Le Labo is ylang ylang and lyss 41X

Do you have any advice for being more comfortable being myself? I have a hard time with confidence and I feel now that it's impacting my career, where I feel if I was able to be more open I would be more successful. :( I feel confident on the inside, but have such a hard time projecting this. it's such a block for me

Have you ever heard of the saying “fake it till you make it?” Well that’s how I started! I also totally recommend doing the 30 day mirror talk! You pretty much everyday say out load to yourself “I love you” and you can say whatever you like too! At the moment I am doing “Bianca I am proud of how...”“Bianca I forgive you for....”And“Bianca today I commit too....”It’s been great. But most importantly be gentle on yourself hold space for you to grow. Xxxx

Le Lebo and Ayu!!! 😍 and then I always wear dōTERRA patchouli oil xx

Yes! It’s the best! I make my own! I am slowly still going thru the process of launching my own brand. It’s called the amala studio! Xx

Hi babe, don't feel that you have to reply to this, and sorry for bringing it up if it's not what you want. I have been through a similar thing with you.. I found a doctor at the womens & children's hospital, her name is Dee McCormack and together with the team there do the most research on miscarriage and still birth is Aus. She really spent the time with me to find out the cause for me, no one else gave me this time of day so I wanted to share it with you incase you went through the same thing

I have! Although I do feel adelaide has so many wonderful yoga studios as it is! But O have envisioned it many times. Maybe one day! As for other jobs I would love to study yoga philosophy and history. I also want to study more yoga courses some on meditation and breath work. 💕💕

No I won’t be not a big make up girl. I get false lashes and my eyebrows tinted then I just use nars tinted moisturizer! 😘💕
