As human beings we always assign meanings to everything. Free from meanings you can experience Life for what it is and not being caught in assumptions and therefore misunderstanding and conflicts. One of the worse meaning we assign to ourselves is that there is something wrong with us, and this meaning has been assigned by ourselves according to a certain situation, most of the time in our childhood. Fuck that !! There is nothing wrong with those of us who don’t fit parents or partner or society expectations!!! There is nothing to fix about us but only to pay attention to the aspect of ourselves who suffer according to those meanings we assigned to certain situations. As adults this is our responsibility to pay attention to those meanings because it is what directs and sometimes controls our lives and how we deal with our relationships and actions. If you think that something is wrong with you, you’re gonna feel rejected and most of the time you’re gonna react according to that core belief, most of the time in passive-aggressive mode.
