Oh, you are a living love song
Oh, you are a treasure
for which I would give all I own.
Oh, how you are more to me
than the wealth of this entire universe
with its world upon world.
Oh, you are a living love song
that captivates my heart
and carries me away with its haunting melody.
Oh, how I love you sweet angel
and though I had a thousand tongues
I could never tell of this endless longing
that burns in my soul.
Oh, your face and form
has set my heart aflame
with a love that grows ever and ever deeper
and is more than my mortal frame can hold
and I seem to be torn asunder
ripping and tearing away flesh and bone.
Oh, how your deep mystic beauty carries me away
with your dark rolling eyes
that penetrates all the depths of my soul
and makes me forever yours. Oh, to bliss or woe!
Oh, your hair like dark black velvet silk
sends such an ache and pain into my soul
that says, " I must have your love or I shall die!"
Oh, I am jealous of your love!
Oh, how I am jealous for your love!!
My mind is filled with such wild imaginings
of all the things that can steal you away!
And fills my heart with such painful foreboding.
Oh, you are a love song written by God upon human flesh
and Oh, how you tempt and tantalize my heart
that is ever lost to you!
Though you ever think me a fool or an man insane.
Oh, then I am forever condemned an insane fool!!
As you tear and pluck at my heart
and I am laid waste
and become a man of shadows
that must forever live in the darkness of my heart
If you tear your heart from me.
If love there ever be.
Oh, I am run through and through as with a sword
and am slain and lie prostrate and dead.
Oh, how when you speak to me
or give your brief nod or consent
you fill me with such delight.
Oh, of you no angel can sing
for your charms are deeper and wider than the sea.
Oh, let me live in your garden of delight
as time spins in its swift flight
and we pass our endless days
upon eternities shore
and bind our hearts together forever more.

Oh, how passion's fire burns within me
Oh, how the world
says us two should never be together
that the stars that presided over our birth
has forever condemned our hearts
to remain forever apart.
Oh, that fate is ever so cruel
and the cup of life be so bitter.
Oh, but for God who is love can never condemn love.
Oh, let this love be our guiding star.
Oh, the way can be bitter and the way can be long
for many a path to divine love
is full of sharp stones that slash and cut the feet
with thorn to impale the flesh
and many are the ones both arrogant and selfish
that stand within the way.
Oh, all the answers to all this life's riddles
I find in loving you.
And oh, to me you are love and life.
And oh, I shall fight my giants for you.
All the giants that keep you from me.
Without you the grave envelops me
and evil demonic hands
pull me down into a dark underworld.
Oh, I am jealous for your love!
Please my dear love let no one steal your love form me.
I am desperate for your love
for the want of you is as the want of air to the lungs.
for without you I would die the death of the damned and forlorn.
Oh, how I hunger for you!
Oh, I hunger for you with a hunger that fills my soul
and sinks down to the marrow within my bones
and infiltrates the deepest fibers of my brain.
Oh, my love for you surpasses all my tongue can tell!
Within you I live and have my being
and without you I am less than nothing.
Oh, the birds fly through the sky upon feathered wing
the fish swim through the deep blue sea
every creature in its natural element resides
and I have my love and longing for you.
Oh, my heaven is not within the sky
or some blessed underworld where the blessed dead go
nor a seat at Odin's side in the banquet hall of Valhalla
nor upon the green Eysian fields.
Oh, my heaven is within your soft loving arms
and within you passionate kiss
so sweet and so filled with love.
Oh, when I inhale your warm breath
a thrill of passion envelops me
and I am filled with a longing
from the core of my deepest being
and I am overpowered and burn within.
Oh, how passion's fire burns within me!
And I am consumed by your wild beating heart
as it beats above me.
And I am carried away upon a sea of your kisses.
Oh, let me live in your arms for an endless eternity!
Oh, there are no bright and shining cities
nor heavenly harps, nor angels sweet songs
for which I wish and long for
but your soft and lovely body
and an eternity of your kisses
and a heart that endlessly beats for me.
Oh, that heart more lovely and pure
than that of the whitest and purest turtle dove.
Oh, I am lost in your charms
and so shall ever be through this endless eternity.

Oh, how you are like a drug!
Oh, how you are like a drug!
You enter my heart and soul.
You enter my body
and the intoxicating potion
of your beauty and soft form
circulates through my veins,
becomes one with my blood and all the fibers of my being.
Oh, my very flesh and bones cry out to you.
" Oh, love me. Love me! Love me!! I shall die without your love."
Oh, how you hold my life in your hands!
And how like a monarch upon a throne
I live or die by your very word
You love me, yes? You love me, no?
Life and death are in your hands.
Oh, how this passion for you
runs through my body like a liquid fire
and my heart races along its way
like a wild horse that no man can tame
and shall never know rope nor tether .
Oh, my heart searches for you as a child for her mother.
Oh, my love for you is as Christ for his creation.
Never in my wildest imagination
could I have ever known a thing to be so deep.
Oh, for you there lives such a warm passionate longing
like whisky that burns the lips.
Oh, you pass through my mind
like some mystic intoxication dream.
Oh, the how the words fall from my lips onto the ground
and are lost in the clay.
Oh, how these world ever escape me
that could tell of my love
and of how my mind is ever haunted by you.
My heart ever sings its silent song.
You pluck these strings
these strings within my heart
and I am forever lost to you.

Oh, I have dreamed a dream!
Oh, I have dreamed a dream
and in that dream
You were not by my side
and I was so sad.
Oh, my heart sank
and it was as though
all the world had died.
Oh, how my life was a waking nightmare!
Oh, I searched this world
from pole to pole
searching and searching for you
through a sea of strangers
and finding disappointment in every face.
Oh, how heartache had stricken me to death.
I laid down in the wilderness
but to wither and die.
Closing my eyes to await my death
I did tell myself, no more
Oh, no more my hollow life
no more these myriad forms of this empty world
that pretend to be beautiful
but never are without you.
No more breath!
Be stilled oh you my sad beating heart
for now you only bring me such pain
and prolong my hopelessness
in my hopeless world.
Oh, world be no more!!
Oh, as I lay in a half sleep
of sorrow and coming death
it seemed as though a butterfly rested upon my lips
and tickled them
as she walked about with her tiny feet.
Then I awoke as your fingertips were caressing my lips.
Oh, I awakened from my living death
to gaze upon your bright and lovely face.
Oh,what joy I felt!!
As a redeemed soul
who walks through the gates of heaven.
Oh, you are life,
and my life is in you,
and all my life belongs to you.
Oh, you are like a precious flower
that blooms upon a hillside in heaven
as you sway to a gentle breeze
as your fragrance fills the air.
oh, I am the dew that kisses your petals
and pledges my love to you.
that no man, nor power, nor government,
nor demon in the underworld
can take away all my love for you.
and though the days and years
were to pass like a quickly spinning wheel
you shall forever remain a part of me.
And for as long as time and eternity shall last.

My heart will sing of you
Oh, you are the only
flower that blooms in my heart.
The only flower
that feeds on my love.
Oh, all my love and all my hope
is in you.
your heart is a treasure
that I search and long for
both night and day.
your lovely skin
is like precious golden silk.
Oh, if all the poems
and all the love songs
were made into one
it could never tell
of the depth of my love.
Oh, let me live in your arms.
Oh, how they are more soft and lovely
than the garden of eden
on the first day of creation,
and I am forever hypnotized by you.
Oh, you are the summit
of my highest hopes
and my deepest longing.
Oh, you are more lovely
than the songs of the angels.
The cooing of the morning doves,
and the song of the nightingale
can never tell of your beauty and grace
in body and in soul.
Oh, how I love them both!
Your love is sweeter than the sweetest honey
and more lovely than the most beautiful song
than this entire world of offer
that has ever been written,
and my heart will sing of you
as all the days of eternity pass.

You make my breath stop
You make my breath stop
whenever I see your face.
Oh, I am connected to you
by tiny bands stronger than the strongest steel.
a holy fire connects us
that says that the one heart
that beats within us
is but one heart shared by both
and one love envelopes us both
that our love
was there when time was born
and shall out last
all the endless days of eternity.
Oh, you are a song sung in my heart
more sweetly that any angel could sing
as love flows
upon its melody
seeking you in its holy embrace.

When I was a jester and You were a queen
Oh, do You remember
long ago
down the halls of memory
when I was a jester
and you were a queen?
Oh, how I put on a happy face
and sang and danced
and juggled
to the tinkling sound of bells
Oh, I could never tell You
of the world You meant to Me
I sang as my heart was breaking
Oh, how I pined My life away
drop by drop
I died unknown and unremembered
by You
in that life so long ago
like a half remembered dream
Oh, do You remember
when I was a reed
and You were a swan
the wind blew
its gentle breath
as I sang to You
and bowed down
to Your lovely form
and then You spread
Your lovely wings and flew away
and left Me so forlorn
as the wind blew
with its cold breath
and I sang a sad song
for a love unborn
in that life so long ago
down the halls of memory
like a half forgotten song
Oh, I remember
when I was a flower
and You a butterfly
and You fluttered by
in Your bright and lovely colors
Oh, you flew with Your lovely wings
among My leaves
and rested your soft
and delicate feet on My petals
as You enslaved Me in a hopeless love
that I knew which was all lost
then You spread Your soft and lovely wings
and flew away
in that life long ago
like a half remembered dream
it haunts Me still
Oh, do You remember
in a life long ago
like a half remembered dream
You were a rose
and I a clod of clay
Oh, you spread Your roots
through me
and with My body joined
I fed you with My very body
and with a love so deep
I know not how to tell
then a lovely lady came
and plucked You away
Oh, a pain so deep
I know not how to tell
in that half remembered dream
so long ago
Oh, if time is a river
and eternity the sea
Oh, whenever will out hearts meet
in a love
that would outlast eternity
Oh, if time were a river
as it flows down to the sea
Oh, give Your love to Me
before the river reaches the sea
and You will be lost from Me
for all eternity

My soul is stained scarlet red
My soul is stained
scarlet red
scarlet red with the passion
of the blood that flows
through heart and brain and bone
You My love inflame every inch of My being
Oh, how I am lost without You
I am filled with a delirious longing
Oh, the words I cannot find
I search and search
and tear the flesh of My brain asunder
I search the deep parts of My soul
My very being
to find words that will not come
though I had the tongues
of ten thousand angels
I could not find
the words I search for
so desperately
Oh, I am desperate for
that haunting word
on the tip of My tongue
that sacred word
that would tell of the depth of My love
that the depths of hell
and the heights of heaven
is neither more deep
nor as great
as My love for You
if You love me not My angel
take a blade sweet love
and still my beating heart
a release from My agony
however You hurt Me
My sweet love
I only love You more
then let Me lie
in the cold and dark
of the earth for evermore
a poor unloved
forgotten
and failed soul
who exist
nevermore

Goddess of My soul
Though Your soul
may be scarlet in hue
though You may have
committed sins without number
I pledge My love to You
with the scarlet
of My blood
let it flow
into a cup
this blood of life
My life
I give to You
Oh, I have searched
for a love such as You
if not You
Oh, where do I find her
through this wide world
I could walk
till the skin left My feet
and blood for them did flow
I could dive to the bottom of the sea
or climb to the top of the sky
search for a million years
and down the halls of forgotten time
and never find such a one as You
I give to You
I seal My poor beating heart
Oh, without You
I am like a motherless child
take this My love
as I pour out this cup
of My blood scarlet in hue
a pledge to the gods
for all immortal time
If you cease to love Me
let the sun no longer shine
and the flesh fall from My bones
and I become the dust for which I came
when I walk upon the silent
sacred forest
I hear a sacred song
only My and Your heart
can hear
let our life be as one
My dear love
Oh, how I long for Your
sacred love
no creature
in all eternity
has ever been so blessed
by a goddess
of such a soft flaming fire
a fire of love
Oh, bright goddess
let Me remain
in Your embrace
let love drip
from Your heart into mine
Oh, life to My soul
Your love is a mystery
Your love is a song
a song of ages past
and ages to come
Oh, I worship You
Oh, goddess
goddess of love
goddess of My soul
To You I pledge
this love to ever be true

Without Your embrace
I cry
for the tender word
left unspoken
take My heart
as a token
of My deep longing
Oh, the universe
dies before My eyes
without Your embrace
and all of nature
has a color and hue
of death
Oh, My heart
returns to the grave
without Your embrace
from which You raised
it to life
by Your sweet smile
and the love that dripped
from You heart
onto My grave
a poor dead thing
without You My love
My sweet angel
let Me return
to a pile
of dry and dead
and withered bones
Oh, the world is so cruel
It steals
the thing cherished most
let My blood freeze in My veins
or run as a red river
fate curses Me
cursed before My birth
Oh, that night
that a man child was born
let it not see the sun
forever in night
without Your love
and Your embrace
all the world is dead to Me
I the love of the only son cannot redeem
without Your embrace
death has conquered the world.
for Me
there can be no glad tidings
every man
and every woman
I see is but
a walking bag of bones
Oh, the butterflies
that flew so gaily
there wings have all turned to grey
at night I dream of Your face
a beautiful dream
how, Oh how do I live without You
the soft wind
as it blows through the trees
reminds Me of Your sweet breath
the loving word
You whispered to Me
how it made the world
so bright and gay
Oh, I pray sweet love
let not
an ill wind
blow its icy breath
through My soul
and My bones
Oh, the grave is a deep place
and it calls to Me
when I am lost
from Your embrace
Oh, let the cold north wind
blow not on our love
the world that seems
so bright and lovely
would be but a skeleton
of its former self
nature weeps
the tears of the trees
are on the leaves
and a cold tear
flows down
flows down the face
of a cold stone angel
nature sings its sad song
a song of nevermore
never again with Me
cast Me not aside
Oh, My sweet love
for My soul's forsaken
on that day
it shall die
and I will remain
in My sad cold
grave forever.

Your bottomless love
Your love
is a drug
the fire that flows through
My veins
like a drug
opens up
the windows of My soul
Oh, I can see eternity
Oh, the worlds I see
the worlds!
and the stars and the suns
they are moved
by the power of Your love
as soft as a summer rain
as strong as steel
as cool as the evening mist
Your love is real
more real than anything else in the universe
it pours out
its endless and bottomless
treasures
I am filled with a lovely pain
a pain that says
enough! enough!
of Me
Oh, I am worthless
an exposed thing
in the full light
of Your love
beyond My understanding
how can You love
one as unlovely as I?
Oh, I am a deformed thing
exposed to the blinding light
of Your love
You are perfect
of line and symmetry
you are filled with an inner glow
Oh, the light of Your love
glows like the light of a thousand suns
a shimmering radiant galaxy
and I poor half formed creature
of the shadows
I slink through the world
on all fours
how could You have such
love and grace
like God's only son
My innocent loving angel
You tell Me
" Innocent not I
for I give My love freely
to what creature come
to what creature may"
You give of Your love
overflowing
it flows from its bottomless store
oh, how could You love
such an ugly half formed creature
such as I
as the only son
opened his veins for all
You open the endless wellspring
of Your heart and Your soul
You are perfect beyond compare
no creature
ever drew breath
on earth
or in the heaven's above
who had such
grace and love
as You
you are beautiful My love
beyond compare
the angels are such ugly and unlovely things
in Your compare
Your love was before
the universe was born
and shall remain
when it dies
out of Your heart comes
endless treasures
untold
beyond worlds
beyond compare
and I half formed creature
can only sit and wonder
at a mystery
kept by the ages
and wonder forever
and evermore.

The music of Your heart
The life of My soul
dances to the music
of You heart
it dances to a breathless excitement
a quickening rhythm
how your flesh burns Me
not the heat of a harsh flame
but with a burning warmth
heat from Your raging passionate blood
under Your skin
Your sweat
like a sticky perfume
so sweet
I dance to this breathless
excitement
You call out My name
and I Yours
in tender whispers
this dance of love
let it know no ending
let the sun vanish
let it never rise again
let Me never see
the light of day
like an eternal vampire
who forever lives in night
oh, the angels
can have there heaven
I see now
it is but a dull
and worthless thing
how Your sweat
seeps into My pores
an intoxicating potion
I am enslaved
by the taste
of Your sweat
on the tip of My tongue
You have become
My universe
My soul
My very soul
dances to the rhythm
of Your heart
Oh, the music of Your heart
Speaks of mysteries
that no creature
ever knew
since
creation began
the universe
is but a wavering phantom
and only You
My love are real.

I call out Your name
I call out Your name
Oh, I call out Your name
that lovely sound
on the tip of My tongue
come to me My sweet love
My heart flies from Me
as Your name echos
through My mind
like a haunting song
so lovely
a million angels
could not sing
could not sing a song so sweet
as that lovely name on the tip
of My tongue
that sweet song
of only one word
I will sing throughout
all eternity
oh, the angels in heaven
would feel unworthy
to bare a name as lovely
Oh, a living fire
is carried on that name
a name
the angels are unworthy to sing
oh, the name the angels
cannot sing
how My heart flies away
flies from My chest
into God's starry night sky
oh, it searches in vain
How My soul feel's such pain
searching for a name
carried by a creature
so lovely
the angels dare not name
oh, I am lost without You
without You
I could never sing
such a name.
