im trying to make a checklist that littles can check off for self care and stuff.. and also because i have memory issues and i keep forgetting what’s important to help your little do and !! but yeah it’s going along

Reasons why I want a caregiver

• I often feel unloved and neglected when I’m in little space

• I slip into little space because I’m depressed and often or not I’m too depressed to grab my stuffies and pacifier even if there right beside me

• I want to be held and comforted when I’m having a bad day or I’ve woken up from a nightmare and I’m little

• I want someone to feed me my food and sippy cup or baby bottle because it makes me feel like a baby if someone feeds me

• I want to regress without others making fun of me or hurting me emotionally or physically

Like sleep all day, wear cute bows and bells and collars, eat as much as you want, be pet and when you aren’t being pet it’s perfectly ok to like paw at your CT’s leg and be picked up and pet again

I'm so worried I don't regress "right" because I don't babytalk or anything and I know that isn't how this works but I feel so weird about it anyway

How To Make Littles Feel Small

•Generally baby them

•Lots of petnames (baby, little one, prince/ss, etc)

•Don't let them do things for themselves (cook for them, tie their shoes, get them their drinks, etc.)

•Do things like hold their hand while you're walking, help them down and up stairs, carry them if you can, etc.

•Tell them how teeny they are. (ex. "You're such a cute little baby", "aw, is someone feeling small", "my little one", etc)

•Encourage their little space. It goes a long way

•Get them their little things. A stuffie, paci, bottle, etc. Anything that helps them feel small.

•Pick out their outfits for them or help them pick out their outfits

•Give them rules or enforce your rules
