I wanted to draw this shuake comic about Orion since last year because the impending supernova speculations were kinda popular back then.

I was trying to finish and upload this in January because it’s when Orion (and Betelgeuse and Rigel) is supposed to super bright and also since it’s when this comic is set in. Well, that didn’t happen but here it is.

It’s still winter and a good time to observe Orion lol. I mean, if it’s observable here with all its pollution, it should be visible like everywhere.

Anyway, this is a comic I liked working on and have a lot of feels for. So I hope you like it too.

So I have read Witch Hat Atelier, I have connected way too many dots, and I have concluded that Qifrey is a silver tree who was turned human and experimented upon to allow the Brimhats to perform blood magic. And he is a little freaked out about the whole situation.

i don’t understand when people say tristamp vash is “missing” his anger. like were you guys not paying attention to his multiple screaming matches with wolfwood or knocking wolfwood onto his ass or when he straight up violently chokes a dude out.

even just in this gif you can see how he needs to take a moment and bury his anger to respond to wolfwood calmly

Truly love that Qifrey seems like a cute, whimsical little guy but is an emo adult with anger issues and paranoia, while Olruggio looks like a gruff jerk but is actually a very sweet workaholic who is emotionally and mentally stable.
