welp, my night just went downhill. found out i didn't get accepted into one of my top colleges. sigh, now i'm in a sad mood and bleh. creys. i don't feel like rp-ing anymore tonight so goodnight. sdlgkuyshdgn sorry guys! :c

From the couch, Lex looked up at Lucas, who seemed to be contemplating where to sit. She resisted a smile from forming at her lips at the sight of his confusion. Hoping he would just take a seat anywhere and really make himself at home, Lex disregarded his awkwardness and continued on to speak. "There were a bunch of different rumors going around about what was in it. Someone said it tasted like pee," she let out a chuckle at the mere thought of it, "Another said it was alcohol. I prefer to believe it was alcohol." Lex nodded to emphasize her decision as she fidgeted with her fingers, still unable to do as she was told. Normally, she'd be able to brush away her discomfort, but somehow still felt ashamed of what she had revealed to him. A lot of people could hold in alcohol, but why couldn't she?

By the way she narrowed her eyes at the lad, Lex sat in disbelief. Her determined personality wanted to push the subject further, just to get more information out of him, but it was definitely not the nicest thing to do. After all, he did seem uneasy with the topic she was unaware of. Lex really wasn't the type of person to put herself before others -- Not in this case, of course. So she kept her mouth shut, and pursed her lips in a straight line. "Well, that sucks. Um, you don't have to be sorry. Accidents happen, y'know?" She smiled slowly in order to seem the least bit truthful, before letting out a low cough that was followed by another. And another. Lex placed her feet on the ground steadily as she stood up. "Excuse me, I need some water. Do you want anything by any chance?"

“The punch got spiked? With what?” Lucas bit his lip nervously. While he had been searching for Lex, he had been drinking the punch. Now that he was thinking about it, it had tasted like it was laced with alcohol. Luckily for him, it took Lucas a lot more than a few sips of punch to get him drunk. “So, you’re saying alcohol makes you sick? That must suck.” He frowned at the thought of it. Despite his parents hatred towards alcohol - Lucas loved it. It was one of the main topics of his arguments with his parents. He noticed her face flush in embarrassment, and he couldn’t help but smile at her. “Aw, come on. It’s nothing to be embarrassed about.” He said, trying his best to console her. 

To save the girl from even more embarrassment, he pretended not to notice the bright pink her cheeks had turned as a result of his touch. If it weren’t for the colour in her cheeks, he would have believed she was completely fine by the way she answered him. Once she was comfortable laying down, he stood awkwardly beside her, not sure what to do next. He had never taken care of a sick person before, so he was at a loss as to why Lex had called him and not someone who could actually help her. “Oh, that.” He paused, trying to think of an excuse. If he told her it was because his parents had yelled at him, it would lead to her asking why. That was a topic Lucas wanted to steer clear of. “I lost my keys, that’s all. Sorry.” He awkwardly looked down and ran a hand through his hair, hoping she wouldn’t pick up on the fact he was lying.
