und bruno!!! i love him, he's one of my favs (besides ferdinand obviously). i hate what they did to his personality in the second movie, it's like he got lobotomised or something😭 hopefully in the series he'll act closer to how he did in the first movie :')

Prompt #1164: Write About (72)
Write about the first time Character A sees Character B in a new light.
#OMG OMG OMG#in the rabbit academy book there's literally a scene where you can see when max sees ferdi in a new light#they are the first characters that came to mind when i saw this prompt#and also i realised that i'm already writing a one-shot about when emmi sees ferdi in a new light

It's good and cool to give your characters a single simple, straightforward, non-urgent, super-achievable goal that shouldn't really cost anything or hurt anyone, make that the driving factor for most of their decisions, and then have the Plot do everything in its power to stop them.

I KNEW IT!!!
this means that in both films, the title describes what the antagonists/the foxes are doing (the title of the second movie translates to "the great egg theft" more or less, ik this bc of the title in spanish). in the first movie, the foxes are the ones that spend the entire film on the hunt for the golden egg, and in the second one they're the ones that are planning on stealing the easter eggs (leo wants to destroy them instead).
the original title of the first movie is "die häschenschule: jagd nach dem goldenen ei" which got translated as "rabbit school: guardians of the golden egg". but as far as i'm aware "jagd" means something like "hunt", i think??? and "nach" means after, but it's also used to say you're going towards a place. so i think a more literal translation would be something like "hunt for the golden egg", maybe? idk, my german is extremely limited so i might be wrong.
#does this matter in the slightest? no#but idc#i'm lowkey proud because this means my german is improving little by little haha
