Chase canonically being dumb without his chip fills me with too much joy.

We've seen it a few times in the show, most notably Chip Switch and Lab Rats vs Mighty Med

It also just proves that his super intelligence isn't actual intelligence but more like cell phone features. He can search things up on a whim just in his brain and thus never had to really learn anything. I think it'd be like when you study for a test and then immediately forget the material when you move on to the next subject.

He lived through learning everything, but he's so reliant on his chip to store information for him that his memory just kinda doesn't know how to function without it.

Now I'm thinking about the rats + leo doing one of those "trauma dump candy salad" videos but leo's the only one that brought candy, so every so often you've got leo with a story and candy, and then adam bree and chase all are just "hi, I'm ____ and I brought protein pellets" and then some concerning detail about their childhood or thing that happened on a mission, so at the end it's a giant bowl of protein pellets with like...a bag of skittles mixed in
