How old is fernando, are they a fully grown adult?

They are a young adult :)

They are around their 20s-25 (human years) What's interesting is that once they grow older their fur gets darker in their nose and chest fur area. They also become a tiny bit fuzzier with a slightly less slim body type.

This would be when Lucy first sees him in his full actual size. He's big already just shrinking down and will be around 9ft, but he's actually about 27ft long/tall in his full mer form.

She's a bit overwhelmed and not used to the size difference stuff at this point since it's before she's even with Jayce or any of that coming up lol Somehow she ended up with TWO giant boyfriends!
