Lost my way. Got really depressed. Obsessed. Clouded and confused. #NoBadDays for 2017 wasn't a fail but not fully successful. Someone said to me last week, "Never apologize." That started the healing process. Ready to try this self love thing again.

How did you lose weight ? You look amazing did you count calories ?
Thank you so much!!!!Yes, in the beginning I did count calories!I did keto for a bit, shakeo for a bit.I worked out 6-7 days a week! 😱😱I was extreme at the start.I did Zumba, 30DS, jogging. EtcNow I lift some weights and cardio 4-5 days a week.No more counting cals Well this past 2 weeks have been bad. Haha.. a little traveling a lot of fun!

So I'm trying to lose weight, it's been 3 weeks and down about 2-3 pounds and I know losing weight takes time but I can't help feeling doubt. Will I really change? Would I really see results? This is so frustrating and sorry for ranting but.. I just don't know
Keep up the hard work!!!!!Change will happen!But it literally takes time.Give it 2-3 months before some of the real results come in. My first few months of my weightless journey I didn't take progress pics or owned a scale. I think that was the difference this time around, for myself personally. People gradually started noticing my weightloss for me.Keep on eating right and working out. Progress will come! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am really sad that I was eating so healthy for a week straight then I indulge for two days in bad food... has this ever happened to you? How do you keep your mind off of feeling guilty
This does happen to me! I'm sure it happens to the best of us.Bad food days happen occasionally. Just gotta hop back on eating healthy the next day. Don't dwell on your mistakes. Correct them.Positive mindset is the way to go.I just got back from bonnaroo, the art & music fest, and I ate questionable food all weekend... 😆😆 but tomorrow is a different day!Stay strong!
