Hello Everyone! I havent posted in a bit, ive been busy! I'm down 20 lbs.🎉🎉🎉 Hit my highest weight of 265 pounds last summer (July 2014) Started my journey January 5, 2015. Today March 30th, 2015, I weighed in at 245. I'm still hella fat. Hahaha I still got a longggg way to go. i'm eating good... And i'm working my butt off at zumba and the gym. I'm seeing results in my clothes. I am SO excited. I dont wanna stop, ever!!! April 5 2015 marks 90 days since I have started. 3 months down, a beautiful lifetime to go❤️

Excuse my hair😂😳🙈🙊 Day 3: i'm so sore. I cant wait to hit another month so I can see how much ive lost in my progress pictures. I havent weighed myself. I think the scale is just a huge mind F. So, i'm going by inches...by clothes. I dont care about the number anymore, I care about my health❤ I may be hitting the gym again tonight... We shall see how I feel😁

2nd workout of today! (3/9/2015) This late night workout was targeting Arms💪 Did weight machines, And free weights! Also went in to the sauna for 10 mins.😅 Today when I left the gym I thought... Man... this is really gonna be a long process. Its gonna take a long time for this fat to leave my body😭 Hate when I think negative thoughts... I hate that we become fixated on easy ways out.. Quick diets.. Fad diets that only work temporarily. I have to remind myself everyday that yes, this IS a process. Yes, its gonna take a long time... And most importantly, I have to remember to take it day by day. I have to be proud of every rep. I have to be proud of every healthy meal consumed. I have to pat on my back. I refuse to let negative thoughts take over. If you are going through something similar, I encourage you to make a list of the positive things u are doing! We can do this! 😘❤️💃

Day 2: monday 3/9/2015 I woke up SO late. I missed the first 15 minutes of kickboxing/zumba class😩 BUT I still went! 😉 I have a feeling ill be sore tomorrow 😅 Will be doing my best to go to the gym tonight! 😁 Does anyone recommend for me to start on weights this early on? Ive heard some people say just cardio... Ive heard others say, we have to do weights! What do you think?

Day 1: thursday 3/5/2015 I went to a zumba class &gave it my all! I had done zumba before so I'm familiar with it. I really enjoy it, and I think it's important to find what we can tolerate 😂 or else you will never get up and do it! I used to take pre-workout... Idk if I should. Any suggestions?

Hey. :) I've just seen your progress picture, it's amazing btw! I just wanted to know if you've got any tips for me, and how did you change you diet to get you results, thank you. :)
Hello!!! Sure!! The first 30 days I started counting calories! On myfitnesspal app! For my weight/height I am supposed to consume 1,560 calories a day in order to lose weight. So I would eat from 1300-1500! I would try to eat about 300-400 cals each meal. And have snacks in between meals that were around 100-200 cals. My advice to you, make this FUN! Dont think, I CANT have that. Tell yourself, yeah I CAN have whatever I want... I just dont WANT it. Theres something about having a choice that makes you feel like you have the power! It takes a ton of will power to walk away EVERY TIME. If the craving is too intense, HAVE it! Just do go crazy with it! Example, you're craving pizza... Have a slice!...BUT have your salad! Idk about you, but for me, When I tell myself l cant have something, I want it even more!!! LolLife is not about being miserable! Find a happy medium. Have 3 spoons of ice cream here and there... Have that piece of bread if you cant stop thinking about it, but limit HOW MUCH you have!I must mention that I HAVE cut out all drive thru fast food/processed food. If I want something thaaaat unhealthy, I HAVE to cook it. So many times, the craving has a chance to go away. Lol And if you fall, DONT STOP. DONT GIVE UP!!!! The next day is a new day to get it right. The first 2 weeks are the hardest cause your body is going through a detox I feel! Dont let yourself get hungry is a HUGE important piece of advice! Always have snacks in between meals... Carrots..yogurt..granola bar.. Something! This way, when you are gonna eat, you dont over eat! I eat every 3-4 hrs!I pack my lunch.. And My first month I measured my portions.. Now I eyeball it!An example of what I eat:Morning- 1 egg w/spinach, 3 thin slices of turkeySnack- granola barLunch- grilled chicken and veggiesSnack- greek yogurt Dinner- grilled chicken OR salmon salad Snack- fruit/toast I really recommend that myfitnesspal app! It helps u jump start your eating habits...Take it day by day! And trust the process..Weightloss takes time! Give yourself 60 days to get the food intake on lock... Then begin your workouts! You can do this! We can do this! Im all over the place with this post lol if u have any more questions, i'm not an expert but im open to sharing what has been working for me!Thank you for your question ❤️

Ten months progress! I know I haven’t dropped weight like a lot of other people. It’s taken me ten months what some people do in one to two months. I’m still proud of the progress I have made. I’m not anywhere close to done.
