Hey, happy birthday Tim! It’s taken me all day to think what to even say in this letter, but this also means, I’ve been recollecting our friendship from these past 6 months. I was really looking forward to having a full celebration for you, but I guess this’ll have to do. I’m glad to have you in my life bro. You’re someone who’s definitely pushed me and helped me get off my feet. I enjoyed randomly visiting you at your place or seeing you for dinner at school. It’s also been fun talking to you about music & raves. Although I don’t agree with you at times & we may get on each other’s nerves, you always got my support man. I’ve definitely had a strong dislike towards planning the future with others, yet I’m excited to see where this friendship takes us. I don’t know if these words are enough. I just wanted to say how grateful I am for you. I hope you had an amazing day today!

Thanks for being a great friend to me throughout the two months that I’ve known you. I was so worried at first about maintaining a good friendship with you, but somehow, it ended up as wanting to get too close, too fast.. I don’t know what you think of me, but there are a lot of great memories that I consider to happen between us. Getting drunk during a power outage, bonding over a simple game, and talking about boba a lot. I know I’m not the best person to consider a friend, and it makes me sad to think that I can’t even be a friend to you.. I spilled too much about myself, and that was my biggest fear coming into this. I’ve come to the conclusion as of late that whatever happens, happens. As much I still want to talk to you, I’m just too scared to commit anymore..
