To be fair, the original saying includes "property" rather than happiness, Which fits right into the corporate capitalists of America's agenda.

Funny thing is, Supposedly Thomas Jefferson changed it to happiness though because he feared the word "property" would be used by southerners as a way to keep rights away from others, this case being African-Americans.
