He hadn’t expected to meet Cinderella, and certainly not with her initiating the contact. He’d expected some measure of a grudge to be held, especially after he’d met Chad, who seemed to hold enough of a grudge for the both of them. A nervous smile is on his face, praying to god he doesn’t accidentally say something and ruin everything.

Ella never quite thought children of the ‘villains, something she didn’t consider her stepfmily to be, deserved to be put in the same category. It felt like they made the children pay for the crimes of the parents.
It was only natural that she would visit her nephew now that she was able to, no doubt shocking quite a lot of people, but she found herself not caring about that.
