Today is a New Day

+As I arrived at St. Thomas Hospital, I noticed that it was rather busy. I have been working here for a few years. I am a nurse here, I assist my best friend, who is a doctor here. @ofinknsnark is an incredible doctor. We have been friends for years. We have another best friend, @aprettylilscar, who works as a waitress and bartender. Tabby helped me get hired on as her nurse. When she doesn't need me, I assist in the emergency room. I saw Tabby walk past me, looking a bit frazzled. I head her way, trying to get her attention.  +

Hey Tabby. What's wrong? Is Abel okay? Are the twins okay?

+Tabby pulls me into an empty room. As I look at her fidget with her hands, she starts to speak.+

“When I went to drop off the twins at the garage, I went into the clubhouse, and one of the guys attacked me. Clay just sat there to let it happen. I finally got away and headed her. “

Are you okay? Did he hurt you? What did Jax say about it?

“He is handling it, and so is Scar's dad. I think he will be adding another smile. We will meet up later. I need to check on Abel. I left you a list in my office.”

Sure thing, hon. I will get right on it. Page me if you need me right away.

+I head towards the office to grab my list of Patients. I look it over aszI notice some familiar names. Looks like another busy day. 

I make sure to get all the supplies I need on my cart. I head to the nurses station to grab files.+

Hello ladies. I hope everyone is well. 

+Everyone either waves or says hello as I pick up my charts. I head to the first room. +

Hi Mr. Nelson. I am Em, your nurse today. I need to get your vitals and change your dressing. What's your pain level today?

+I check his blood pressure while I wait for his answer. After he tells me his level is at 7 ,I finish his vitals and change his dressings. I give him his meds. I smile at him and head to the next patient. +
