Morning Sun with Coffee
It's the best thing to start the day. I like to picture each warm sip flowing through my body. Waking up every limb and nerve. It makes me ready for anything.
The morning sun allegedly helps you get to bed better at night. It's great for a good circadian rhythm.
Smile and be grateful.

Every other day. Eat Protein after.
You'll feel better. Your clothes will fit better, You'll sleep better. Confidence will rise.
