I do not fall into conventional standards in this regard, and I do not understand how people come to such conclusions typically.

if someone were to say...plant security cameras in your hotel room, and say...watch you sleep at night, what's the likelihood that they'll get caught? Asking for a friend. Not that a friend has planted cameras in your hotel room to watch you sleep at night. That'd be crazy sauce.

In this hypothetical, they would have been caught immediately and fed inaccurate, pre-recorded footage, while their location was tracked down. They should expect to be apprehended within the week, at the longest. Typically it will be within a day or so. I hope you have not found yourself in such a scenario.
