The day was long and Akito had been working all night chasing down a peskydemon who kept running away. The sun began to rise and Akito had made his way to the butterfly mansion. It was closer than his mansion anyways. He barged in not caring to even tell anyone he's there and strolled into a empty room. He plopped on a bed and closed his eyes.

Maybe a hour or so later he could sense someone there. He had jolted up and grabbed his sword only to she one of the butterfly girls staring at him

"......Eh..."

🫐💙 Aoi looked up him in shocked, both surprised to see him and slightly scared of his sword. She clutched onto the blankets folded in her arms, presumably for the room and asked, "When did you... get here?" She turned her attention to placing the blankets neatly on the other beds and continued, annoyed, "Seriously, you better have let someone know even if it was Kanao!" 🫐💙

🦋💜 ".... I'm sorry, what did you just say?" Shinobu froze, processing what it said. "Final selection... This was a demon from the final selection? Survived and ran here...? Is it perhaps immune to wisteria flowers or something...?"🦋💜

Suddenly there's the sound of scratching on the mansion front door. A few growly sounding sneezes, more scratching. The scratching sounds as if whatever it is is climbing up the outside of the house. And then footsteps that creak on the roof. A little bit of quiet chuckling as it walks around. And then it goes completely silent after it sneezes a couple more times . 🦋💜 Shinobu had been up late working on more of her poison, the scratches caught her attention. No way a demon was here, so who was being so nosey and sick this late at night? Inosuke? Maybe Nezuko...? Her senses were telling her those answers were incorrect but who else could it be?

She paused what she was doing and quietly grabbed her blade. Stopping to check if anyone was missing from their rooms, no one. Shinobu sighs, thinking it might be a demon. She rushed out of the mansion and jumped up to the roof...

"Just as I thought... Great, a demon, and this was my one day off." 🦋💜

🫐💙 Aoi sighs, "And you didn't bother to tell anybody you were here?! Can you move ok or is the rib more serious then you're telling me?" She felt frustrated as she carefully fixed the next bed up with a blanket, thinking to herself "These slayers need to watch out for themselves more..." 🫐💙

She begins setting another blanket down on a different bed while speaking, "So how injured are you exactly? Hungry?" 🫐💙

"Tell me, demon, maybe we can be friends if you answer one question. What do you say?" She watches the demon carefully, freezing herself in place noticing its fear. Although she had little care, there was one promise she had to keep... One wish, at least. Could the answer ever change? 🦋💜

November 14th marks Kana's birthday, one of the phew things she remembers from her past despite never celebrating it!

🩷🪻 Kana looked up at Togo, noticing the tear drop. She asks softly, "Is it ok if I.. Hug you? Would that be alright?" She didn't want to make Togo uncomfortable, so she asked. Trying to be less insensitive. 🩷🪻

Usually, Togo is always calm, collected, stoic even. She doesn't usually express many emotions unless you're close to her. But even then, there are things she doesn't say.

It's her birthday today, but yet she's nowhere to be found in the Butterfly Mansion, which in itself is surprising. She almost never leaves, only if the Kakushi need her aid. So you ask around for her.

"Ah, Togo-san? I saw her head into town today. She had some bouquets when she came back."

"She had flowers with her, said something about visiting some people."

Eventually, though, you find her in a field near the Water Estate, sitting down on her knees. There are some strange, uneven stones in front of her, with names haphazardly written on them. The flowers the Kakushi mentioned are laying by the stones.
