Have you ever played Alien Isolation?

I have not. I am a big baby with spooky games but I do like watching other people play them. I also like lore breakdowns.

Do you have a method for choosing colors/palettes or do u just wing it because I want to do similar stuff but don’t know where to start (this is specifically in relation to ur poolrooms bedroom art)

Oh most of the time I wing it with a vague sense of reference. Like I know vaporwave aesthetics use a lot of blues, purples, and pinks, so that was my starting off point. Then I just keep working the colors till they look good to me. A lot of it comes from experience though. You just gotta keep drawing!

The other day i was telling my teacher that i do digital art (it was relevant to a discussion) and he was like "oh you make AI art? To be fair to him he is pretty old so i don't hold it against him, but I've never wanted to explode more in my whole life.... the silver lining is that now i know that my whole class dislikes AI "art". i hope generative AI finds a way to be more ethical, cause i don't see it fully disappear at this point sadly. I do think that eventually we're gonna get some kind of laws to regulate it, Europe will probably mayyybe get on it first cause they seem to have a head on their shoulders more than asia or america for that kind of stuff. Until then we have to work hard poisoning the data bases 🫡

Funny you mention that. I've noticed now when I tell people I'm a digital artist I have to clarify that it's not the AI kind. It sucks. As if telling people you are a digital artist isn't already a hard sell in social settings. Bleh

I really wanted make what a bedroom in the pool rooms would look like. I’m very much obsessed with liminal spaces and I am testing the limits of my skill sets with this one. I wanna make more as much as I wanna find people that are as obsessed with the backrooms/poolrooms as I am.

I had been wanting to do a series of lucky cats themed after popular cats in media and omg Derpy was the perfect first candidate. He also helped me get over my intimidation over drawing cats! LMK if there are any popular cats (preferably from animation) that you’d like to see as a lucky cat :)

With the completion of my Garden Witch Hat art series I am thrilled to release a print and stickers! I try to do a little something special for all my print releases. This one includes a little "bite" taken out of the corner of each print. For the stickers, they are all transparent and sold individually or as a bundle of six. I think the pickle one turned out to be my overall favorite. Just look at how perfect the transparency looks on it! ^^ You can get the print and stickers > HERE <

Ok I’m super nervous because I’m trying a new community art thing called My Item Your Character.

Why: as many of you can tell, I’m very much an item artist. I also crave art collaborations where there’s a more casual aspect to it and I got this idea. What if I design twelve garden themed witch(or wizard) hats and let other artists go crazy designing the characters around them!

Who knows, maybe we can create a whole world together. I have no clue how it will work out but I felt it would give a different type of creative freedom than a DTIYS or inktober type thing. I’m very much excited to see what you guys do with it!!!💖😁
