So much to go over I hope you read until the end. First all the new juice. New Candy King flavors Gush, Jaws, Sour Straws and Cookie King flavors Dvnk, Choco Creme, Lemon Wafer. New twist Menthol No. 1. New Twist Salts 5 new flavors. New hardware like the Drag 3 kit and mod only and Drag X Plus kit and mod only. New TPP coils from VooPoo to go in those kits. Smok IPX 80 3000MAh pod system. Now some of the other stuff I need to cover. The new POS system we spent months working on and just released last month well the company was just bought by the company I left for this new company which means I will have to go back to the old system. Dripmore announced yesterday which is the company that makes Candy king and a lot of other things I carry that they will no longer ship to Pennsylvania because of the new PACT regulations. I am currently trying to find a Distro that carries them so I will not lose them but at present they maybe lost from me. Because of the PACT act shipping from my website will stop on March 25th as the 27th PACT goes into affect and leaves one day to get the orders shipped. I have not found a shipper or even local delivery. If anyone knows of any please let me know. There are a lot of extra issues added to PACT reporting but I hope to someday be able to start shipping again. Due to the lose of employee after employee that just wants to sit on unemployment for the rest of their lives if I cannot find new employees for the Plum location by the end of the month we will be changing the days we will be open as after years of never getting days off I just can’t do it anymore. Well folks I screwed up. Tomorrow everyone will see all of the purchases from Octopus Ink Vapor for February show up in the bank accounts. This is not double charge. This is just my processor collecting all the moneys owed. The new credit card readers are battery powered so we have been shutting them off at night. The new website is open. The new website has pick up and curbside options for both locations now and will tell you if the item is in stock. The new POS is running. The new rewards program is installed (we are still getting a few people their points as the company messed up the point port so we have to do it manually). But 4 months of hard work are finally going to pay off. I want to thank my crew that helped make it happen (the ones that actually helped know who they are). I want to say vend POS works that I have dealt with are garbage people. Worst mistake in people to deal with. But we pushed through. I thank the customers for barring with us through the transition. Well we have had a rough start to 2021. All I can do is learn from my short comings and move on. So I ordered new signage for the doors explaining the age requirement better. We have instituted a coil exchange program for incase the wrong coils were chosen (details available in store). We will be having a training day for all employees so we can get on the same page on all aspects of dealing with our great customers. We will be closing a day for this. Date will be posted soon. Happy New Year everybody. Mine was destroyed by this guy Greg Arabia yesterday. One star review one google because the pack of coils that you can see he is being shown and he agrees is what he wants and buys he decides isn’t what he wanted. He didn’t ask for a specific coil. He did what most do and hands his mod to my employee so it’s their responsibility to know what he wants. What he was given does work in his tank but is not the lastest version of those coils which we do carry. No one forces anyone to buy anything in my store. It’s as simple as saying NO that’s not what I want. But no. He would rather come back the next day and complain even though we have a no return policy that it is our fault he said yes that was right. Well because of him and other people that have been pulling this lately we will no longer look at your mod and figure out what coil you need. It is your responsibility to tell us what you want. I can no longer continue to get bad reviews over snowflakes who refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. I keep getting asked why this vape shop closed or that vape shop closed and the answer isn’t that they couldn’t make it anymore. The answer is they couldn’t take it anymore. For those who don’t know part of your stimulus check was a major attack on online vape shops. Most likely most will shut down and those that don’t won’t ship to Pennsylvania. Minimum Shipping will be atleast $12 and someone 21 will have to be there to sign and the 40% tax will be collected by law at time of purchase no matter what state you buy from. I’m looking into weather or not my online store will close or not. Unless it is overturned the face of vaping will be changing once again.
