Penn is honestly the only one who holds my family together. He’s 22 years old, and he’s been through hell to get to where he is today. He’s just such a great, hilarious guy. Always bringing people together and putting smiles on their faces. He really knows how to love, and makes it a priority in his life. As someone who has been through depression, I feel so lucky to know Penn’s strength and all that his story puts into perspective. His positivity is touching.
Growing up in Florida, there isn’t a lot of understanding or awareness of the transgender, which maims acceptance. It’s generally a bit different where I live in Canada, but people can be fucking cruel anywhere. But he’s such a brave little dude, and super cute too, and I really want to help him and share his story.

Have you ever felt an anxiety or insecurity bring you down, to the point where you can’t even be yourself anymore?
Nobody deserves that. Nobody should feel uncomfortable in their own skin or like they owe an explanation to somebody.
Reassignment Surgery in the states is extremely pricey, and it doesn’t even end there. Therapy and hormones are needed weekly, and while insurance makes a dent, this shit adds up and is never not going to be an expense.
