Threats to the Ocean
There are many threats to the ocean and its marine life, such as pollution, not just on the level of us, the common people and the waste we produce, but on the larger level, the level of companies producing pollution with their factories and other waste producing ways. Take oil companies for example, a simple spill can kill dozens of different marine life. The ocean can be protected by us advancing our technology, and by making sure the ocean is not ruined before then

Why would someone go to the ocean?
The ocean is a beautiful biome, and with how many animals it has, people are most likely to see some marine life, and the marine life is as beautiful as it's biome, so that is why to visit the ocean

Animals and their adaptations in the ocean
Blue Whale- Their blubber provides warmth and insulation for the whale from the colder temperatures in the ocean.

Dolphins- The blowhole on top of the dolphin allows for the dolphin to get air when they surface

Sea turtle- The sea turtle is more hydrodynamic than its land turtle relatives, allowing it to swim easier.
Octopus- Octopi can camoflauge themselves to hide themselves from predators

Plants found in the ocean and an adaptation
Seaweed- Seaweed's major adaptation is it's fronds, the fronds help gather sunlight

Phytoplankton- Their low weight helps them float in the sea and get sunlight
Seagrass- Their strong roots hold them into the ground and resists sea currents

Red algae- red algae can photosynthesize without sunlight

Ocean Biome Characteristics
The ocean has a climate that is moderate, due to the waters of the ocean regulating the temperature.
The ocean temperature though, depends on the environment which the part of the ocean is in.
The Ocean Biome is the largest biome in the world, touching every continent and covering 71 percent of the world
The seasons of the ocean do exist, though they are not obvious, but there are changes with the seasons.
