The girl got what she wanted, even if it costed the lives of several students, a girl got the man. If only she could have thought of a way to get him without violence. Cut to after all that and we have Oka Ruto, the former President of the Occult Club and a surviving student of Akademi High School. She had finished her day at a school she moved to after Akademi closed down (which she still hasn’t settled into fully) and decided to pay the old school a visit.

Oka had heard rumors about ghosts appearing in the school during the weekdays, and it got her curious to find out if it was true. Once she had gotten to the school, she sat down and opened up her book and went to a certain page. Here she began to speak some sort of words and after that, she had summoned a soul before her! He eyes widened to see the spirit before her. To her, this proved the the rumors were true! With that she began to talk to the soul that she had summoned before her.

“S-so...you must be one of the students who go murdered here...right?”

Oka tensed up a bit when she saw the girl, most likely out of being in fear. She’s never seen this student before in all her time at Akademi High School. Was she new? Where did she even come from? Oka kept asking herself these questions as she stood there. 

Although at the end of this she did wind up asking one of these questions the the mysterious student one of these questions. Preferably the former.

“W-who are you? A-are you a new student the this school?”

Her tone came off much more fearful and anxious than usual, considering how this first encounter went, it’s not all surprising.

Oka was making her way back to the Occult Club. She had still been thinking about what she was told earlier. She had even went lengths as to finding out where she could go and after a bit, it was clear she had her mind set on checking out the cemetery to investigate this ‘demon’.

However she couldn’t brush off the feeling she was being…watched. Oka paused for a second before turning around and checking out whatever she felt was creeping up on her.

“U-um…can I…h-help you?”

Kinda hard to miss him, his last name literally means demon in Japanese.

Demon in Japanese....Akuma. Oka thought for a moment after gaining this information. Could this demon and the Basu Sisters situation be similar in a way? Oka came to the conclusion that it probably was related to it, and figured that maybe she should check it out.

“...I’ll see what I can find out about him...I hope I can f-find something out about him...”

Oka’s eyes widened a slight bit, displaying a slight bit of curiousity. I mean she’s the president of the OCCULT CLUB for pete's sake. Of course she was going to get curious upon the mention of a demon.

“...who is this demon, exactly? I don’t think i’ve heard of him before...”
