I made a new diet. Yes, I know perfectly well that ‘Ana’ isn’t a diet. I wasn’t saying it was. I’m talking about the diet plan I made that revolves around different calorie limits each day to shed the pounds in a short period of time! Anyone can do this! Just screenshot and follow the diet! Personally, I’ll be doing this for the next 27 days. Wish me luck!
Today is a fasting day! And I’m halfway done with it! My starting stats are as followed:
- Cw: 121.6 lbs
- goal: 113 lbs

It's considered a binge because there is a sense of loss of control when eating not because of how many calories. For example I binged yesterday but was under 500 calories. But because I couldn't stop myself it was considered a binge
Has anyone else seen the post where the person is basically mad at us for using the word “binge” when it wasn’t like over 2000 calories or something serious like that?
I cant find it but ive seen it a few times and it pisses me off and im only posting this cuz i recently found people who agree with me.
No, eating half a chocolate bar or a few potato chips may not be an actual binge, but thats why eating disorders are…..

What people think perfectionism is: I’m going to do this 1,000 times until it’s completely perfect, and it doesn’t matter how tired I am or how many times I fail. Everything I do is super precise and I have absolute confidence but also am super pedantic about getting it right.
What perfectionism actually is: If I don’t get this right on the first try I’m going to cry in a corner and call myself a failure for the rest of my life. I’ve gotten nothing productive done because of this.

So I read somewhere that when we want to avoid something, it’s a lot easier to command a positive action rather than a negative one.
So instead of telling yourself “Don’t binge” or “Don’t go to the kitchen”
Tell yourself “Stay here” or “Drink 3 cups of water” or “Listen to some music” or “chew gum”
This makes it easier to process and follow.

I literally can’t believe it, this morning I stepped on a scale and I was 102 lbs and my UGW was 105! I weighed myself yesterday and I was 110 so it must have been water weight but OH MY GOD! I’m so happy this is crazy I did it?? I’m finally as small as I wanted, now all I need to do is maintain ?? This is honestly euphoric. May 28, 2018 is the day I became the skinny bitch I’ve always wanted to be.
