Omg, I was rewatching the airport scene for an analysis I'm doing, and I noticed that before Mike walks out, when Will and El smile at each other in excitement, it shows Will's hand literally shaking with anticipation. Like, stop. That's so sweet. Poor Will doesn't know what an emotional rollercoaster he's in for.

Okay, I'm sorry. I kept going. I just can't stop now. But again, this is not the same way it would have responded half a year ago.

Like, it so clearly prefers Byler now. The only reasons for Mileven are the same non-reasons that Mileven's keep using recently. There is genuinely no compelling information to offer about Mileven endgame.

I got bored and did the unspeakable--talked to ChatGPT about Byler. I literally despise AI, but I was having a weak moment, so don't judge me.

Anyway, it's important to note that the last time I did this, it was clear the AI thought Mileven would be endgame or that Byler would only be ambiguous. This time, it barely talked about Mileven and gave a lot more attention to the speculations about Byler/Mike focusing more on his relationship with Will v.s. El.

I think this speaks to how the internet is slowly shifting. The AI isn't seeing such a disproportionate amount of Mileven endgame posts. This is a good sign!

Also, I had been talking to it about my Byler endgame tarot reading, and I love how it brought it back up after I asked this question.

Spent my last day of summer break making fanart and writing Byler analyses. I have no regrets.

Little update post, though I don't know if anyone will be interested. I'm going to start doing Byler quote of the days again!

My season 1 and 2 Stranger Things scripts are coming tomorrow and I thought it could be fun to strictly use those for quotes for a couple of months, so that people who weren't able to purchase the scripts can see a pretty thorough amount of Byler scenes.

Anyway, expect seeing those on the tag again soon!
