Introduction Post

In Character: Hello People of Bludhaven. My name is Obsession, and I am the newest vigilante in town. I am hoping to get to meet the other heroes in the region. Not a meta, just someone who has some skill with tech and gymnastics and has a strong passion to help the people of Bludhaven.

Ooc: Hello! This is my first roleplay blog, so I'm learning and figuring this out. This character is Ashleigha aka Obsession aka Belladonna. She is a 26 year-old who has been obsessed with vigilantes and heros, particularly Nightwing, for a long time. After discovering a knack for meddling with electronics, she decided to use her skills to become a vigilante. However, her primary motive is to gain the attention, respect, (and possibly love) of her favorite heroes. She decided it would be easier to win fights if she was entirely in control, so she created two alter-egos: Obsession, her vigilante version, and Belladonna, her villain persona. Her goal is to set up situations that make it seem that Obsession is a hero for defeating the evil Belladonna.

If anyone finds this character interesting, I would love to interact with more people. Heros, villains, ocs, and Nightwings in particular are welcome.

Being a theatre kid is also why I am fine with casting actors who don't look like the original character. When it comes to movie adaptations, there are two wolves inside of me. One wolf is a book loving pedant wants even the eye color to match. The other wolf is a small town theater kid who knows you cast the best person for the part regardless of appearance.

genuinely, i think watching live theatre can improve your media literacy so much

like people who look at doctor who and are like 'lol the effects are so rubbish'

maybe watch a stage play where there's no backdrops and half the characters are played by the same three guys in different hats and maybe you will calm down

We're in a warehouse near Thrawn terminal. The goons have the kids in one corner. There's a few guards with guns. I'm in the rafters, but haven't found a good opportunity to get at them. The guards keep mentioning someone named Belladonna.

I found some of your children in a -sticky- situation. Apparently, some of the local goons got ahold of web guns. I wonder how that happened? Anyway, if you want your children back, you should probably come get them soon. I have the situation mostly under control, but things could escalate. Hoping to see you soon :)

If @the-blueprint-robin doesn't start accepting that he is, in fact, one of the best heroes like, ever, imma start hitting him with a wiffle bat. Every darn time he downplays himself.

As a bunny owner, I have been fortunate enough not to have one die of injury, but I know that they are crazy fragile.

Not me just noticing i never posted this comic strip??!!! What?

So, CONTEXT!!! I had a dumb idea that would’ve not let me sleep if i didn’t rough sketch it. I remember i read somewhere that bunnies can snap their backs if they jump too high.

And now i am picturing the batfam bubble-wrapping BunnyWing after Damian Wayne dropped that info bomb...Like after this, bunnywing needs to be carried everywhere. He is terrified (and also highkey happy he gets to be cuddled by everyone)

Damian “I have the gentleness of a chainsaw with words and cannot show love like a normal person” Wayne, will drop kick anyone that doesn’t support bunny Grayson’s back properly. He will not risk it.

Back and lower leg injuries are apparently the number one cause of bunny paralysis. Grayson cannot be hurt.
