Learn to read the signs of your body: when you feel tired, nervous, upset. Most likely they are signs of something that you need to heal or haven’t healed yet. Stop and think about it. 🧠

Recognize the signs of situations and especially people that can be harmful to you. Learn to read the behaviors and vibrations they transmit to you. Listen to what your instinct tells you, because it’s never wrong. 👁

Read the signs that the universe is sending you: repeating situations, sequences of numbers, songs, you are connected with everything around you, nothing is a coincidence, trust. ♥️

Read the behavior signals of close people: if they are sad or worried. Even if we are busy full time with our life, it never hurts to stop for a moment and listen to what is happening in that of those around us. 👐
