This spot is located on the corner of a pretty busy street. I really like the arch balcony. Seems like it would be perfect for hanging plants up there.

This is Big Smart Convenience. Its been the neighborhood store for a while now. The house connected to the store is always for rent too. It used to be pretty transient. I hadnt been in here for like 15 years. Last time it was pretty dingy and looked like the owners obviously didn’t care.

This place was way better then it looks from the outside. The place was very clean and organized quite well. I was not expecting it to be well lit and assumed it would still be a dump.

The frozen section was better then it needs to be and a chicken finger bonanza!

Nobody ever buys stuff from the “hardware” section. Yet every store has one. This one was quite big and looked like (unfortunately) everything was made post 2000.

In the 90’s and early 2000’s the best way to tell an owner cared about his store, was the magazine section. If it was all bagged rando porn mags. Chances were that the place was dumpy. Things have changed and now the gold standard is what kind of crappy bongs they sell. This Moe bong is the new standard on what ill be basing the rest off (it being the first and its best before 11.99?)
