Anon, genuinely, what am I supposed to do here? Half of my dash are Obikin shippers and I find them to be some of the most chill, kind, fun people in the fandom, I'm not going to throw them under the bus to be The One Exception for an anon on the internet, when I find most Obikin shippers to be pretty cool. Are some shippers annoying? Have some of them started shit? Of course, ANY subset of fandom has its annoying people who start shit. And maybe you find me more tolerable because I've shifted my attention in more gen directions and don't talk as much about them on a pairing level lately, which is fine, I'm glad that my blog can hit the right spot for you. But I'm not sure what you want from me, given that I am still very much an Obikin shipper, I hang out with other Obikin shippers, and I like those Obikin shippers and think they're some of the best this fandom has to offer. Other than some troublemakers (again, ANY subset of fandom is going to have those), I'll defend Obikin shippers as a whole because they've been some of the best people I've met in this fandom. Not just a handful of exceptions, either, most Obikin shippers I've known are people who are just out there doing their own thing in their own lane. It is totally okay to hate a ship, most people have ships they really just cannot stand! But I'm not sure I'm going to give you the reaction you want, when you come to an Obikin shipper's blog and say you hate Obikin shippers, like, fair enough if you don't want to interact with them or you find my blog to be interesting enough in other places, that's all fine, but I'm not the place for validation of trash talking shippers who, by and large, stay in their lane.
