Normalize realistic gains!!! Fuck!!! Normalize loosing weight after you’ve gained weight too, because that happens!! Our bodies are on their own schedule, doing their own thing. Constantly changing, continuously fluctuating. Getting upset or annoyed when a model isn’t “gaining fast enough” for you is some backwards shit; especially when you’re not the one putting yourself out there, actively living in their body. Pressuring someone to change their appearance to fit -your needs- is such a weird entitled ask in general, but especially when it’s in this drastic and dramatic context. Let people do their thing, let them do what feels right. What feels safe, and what feels hot and comfortable. If you’re curious what it would be like to gain 100+ pounds in six months, try it out yourself bud. Go for it.
