Lark was seventeen when she lost her virginity to Caelum in the countryside of Antiva. They had a picnic, alone and not too far from his clan, but close enough to race back if there was danger. They ate, talked, and made out before making love under the shrouds of trees in the cool spring air, just enough to see the stars. It was one of the rare moments Lark felt truly at peace and happy. It was then she knew she'd marry Caelum if he asked.

Lark is very dominant. She prefers to be on top and in charge. It takes her a while to be in a committed relationship to let someone take control. I think it's a vulnerability thing.
