I think I need help

Haven't finished the veilguard yet. I am at the end of ACT 2, the point of no return. I know I would be a mess when it ends so I wait to play the rest on weekend.

This morning, there was a sudden sadness while I was driving to work and I cried, a lot. I kept thinking about how will it end, how they would feel. what would be their fate. I kept crying till I arrived. I'm still sad while I'm working.

I'm not normal. Is there anyone normal about Solavellan or Solas x OC or any Solas ships?
