Any tips for new reality shifters with ADHD are autistic. I have been asking this in other blogs, and they ignore me.

Hii, I actually have autism so here's some things that help me:

Doing breathing exercises like Wim Hof or just breathwork to help me calm down.

Not putting stuff of, so like if I feel like stimming I get up and do that first.

Looking over my script and/or listening to music to really think about my DR.

Not worrying too much about focusing and just letting go

Listening to layered brown/white/whatever noise or 8D binaural beats.

update: I left my house, walked for like 3 miles, got bored, and came back. I brought a camera, but I found no cool buildings at all :( then I had to explain to my dad why I randomly went on a walk after not leaving the house for years. Thankfully, I'm medically considered mentally unstable, so it's pretty easy for me to get away with doing weird sh*t. Bad news is he'll probably be watching me more carefully from now on and come to think of it there probably aren't any cool buildings anywhere near my house, I'd probably have to walk for like 10 miles to the businesses area where all of the drug people hang out. So, yea that didn't work.
