The Midtown NYC Social Sports Club (NYCSSC) is a co-ed league started in 2004. Over 10,000 members participate each year in full seasons of soccer, kickball, bowling, mini golf, dodgeball, kickball, broomball, flag football, ultimate Frisbee and inner-tube water polo. Additionally, they offer activities such as team trivia, card games and scavenger hunts. Five 7-week seasons are offered each year, as well as pickup games, individual tournaments and social activities. Each league has a “sponsor” bar where players meet for drinks. NYCSSC also donates to charities by holding flip cup tournaments at sponsor bars, with proceeds going to a number of causes. Fees are $100 per season, and individual drop-in fees are $15 a game. Games are played in Brooklyn, Queens and Midtown Manhattan

Rockefeller Center. All in one to do and see in Midtown NY

You may think is all business and corporations making money and nothing fun to see, but the Rockefeller center is more than only 19 buildings that cover 22 acres between 48th and 51st Streets in NY City. The Rockefeller Center is a made up of a multitude of shops and theaters with a great reputation, such as the Radio City Music Hall. The complex is a tourist destination that you will love, due to the numerous decorations of the Rockefeller Plaza, the view offered by the GE Building observatory, and in addition to the many seasonal activities, such as the ice skating rink or the large Christmas tree, which every year during winter and December gather millions of people.
The original complex was designed as a “city within another city”. For the first time in the history of Manhattan a large group of buildings, combining offices, and shopping and entertainment centers. The general plan was to be systematic, in accordance with the City Beautiful style and under the influence of the Fine Arts style.

If we go down 50th Street and 6th Avenue to your right, is Radio City Music Hall. Back to the 5th Ave. in the 48th St to your right is the Rockefeller Center with its famous skating rink that during summer is a cafeteria.
