Two Plagues Coming At You ...

Quick story

Welcome to Havana Breeze ...

We are a local pub in a remote island in the new world ...

We welcome everyone and anyone, if you were a commoner, a marine, or even a pirate, you are always welcome here at Havana Breeze ...

We only have one rule ...

If you are here at Havana Breeze, Your safety ...

IS YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY ...

We can't choose the customers who visit us after all, some of them ARE very dangerous men ...

You seem to be fine with that, Wonderful !!!

As You see now ... Our door opens as a large man in a red coat enters the pub, he immediately grabs the attention of everyone in the pub ...

He is tall, extremely tall, who is this guy? Well i can pretty much tell you that he is not a regular here .. If i had to guess i would say he is a pirate who just landed here for the first time ... look !! ... he sets down waiting as the waiter askes for his order ... "ONE BOTTLE OF RUM" the Tall man says ...

A loud noise comes from the back ... what is this ?!!

Oh !!! it seems Black Tongue Jackpin is at it again ... He is a regular here ... he leads a group of bandits and it seems he found a new victim to bully ...

"Please, I paid you twice already, I have a daughter to feed" the poor man says ... he is the one being bullied ... he seems like an old weak man ...

The noise gets the attention of the tall pirate ... he looks at them as the waiter gives him his order ...

"One Bottle of Rum Sir" says the waiter ...

"OH .. SO FAST ... THANKS A LOT" The tall pirate says ...

"You are welcome, Everyone is welcome in Havana Breeze"

"EVEN HIM?" the Tall pirate points at Black Tongue Jackpin ...

"Everyone is welcome at Havana Breeze, But you know we have one rule, Here, Your safety is your own responsibility" the waiter says suggestingly ...

"I SEE" ... The tall pirate says as he grabs the bottle, takes a sip and stands up ...

It seems the old man is still begging Black Tongue Jackpin ...

"Sounds like your problem old shit ... but i have a big heart ... let's solve this another way" Black Tongue says ...

"What will that be?" the old man asks in hope ...

"GIVE ME YOUR GIRL" Black Tongue says as he stares at the old man then laughs like a maniac ...

"No, Please" The old man cries ...

The old man begs on his knees in front Black Tongue, who was setting and surrounded by dozens of his gang ...

"Tell me Old shit, How OLD is she?!!"

The old man cries as Black Tongue laughs disgustingly ...

"POWER IS A CURIOUS THING INDEED" The Tall Pirates says as he stands directly behind Black Tongue Jackpin ...

"What In the ... !!!" the scared Black Tongue shouts ... Who is this man? How did he get there? how did he get pass my men ... he says to himself ...

.....

Now Allow me to take you one step back ... there ... you see ... as the Tall pirate stood up he slowly walked towards Jackpin and his men, and just as he was few steps away, it looked like he ... disappeared ... vanished in midair, just to appear just behind Black Tongue ...

And what is really wonderful, is that as he did this, all of the bandit men, suddenly collapsed to the floor, like logs of wood, without even being touched ....

Now that was a scene ...

It is never boring here in Havana Breeze ...

Now let's continue please ...

"Who are you ?!!" the terrified Black Tongue says as he turns nervously to face the Tall Pirate ...

"How did you get here? How did you get past my men? Do you not know Who I AM ?!!" The nervous Black Tongue says as he checks on his men ...

"What THE ...?" The surprised Black Tongue says as he sees what happened to his men ...

All of them ... the ruthless twenty men that were guarding him ... are all on the floor ... passed out ...

Even some of other customers are ...

The horrified Black Tongue turns back to face the Tall Pirate ...

"Who are you?" he says ...

"POWER IS A CURIOUS THING ... ONCE YOU THINK YOU HAVE IT ALL, THE WORLD HAS A WAY OF COMING BACK AT YOU"

Black Tongue aims his rifle at the Tall pirate ... he shoots him ten times ... until his gun was out of ammo ... he must have killed him for sure ... he thinks ...

"Take that you strange shit" the confident Black Tongue says ...

"AND POWER ..."

"What in the ..." the astonished Black Tongue says

The Tall pirate, who caught al of ten bullets in his mouth ... spits them out and continue ...

"IS OFTEN DECEIVING"

The tall pirate says as he grabs Black Tongue by the head, lifts him up, then slams him down on the floor with unbelievable strength ...

Upon Impact, Shards of immense black lightening are seen, and from the center of the impact makes a strong shock emerges, which nearly knocks everyone and everything in place ...

What a mess ...

What is this monster ...

The Ruckus attracts the attention of the nearby marines to the our Pub ...

You see a group of marines in arms entering our pub, one of them shouts ... "What is happening here?" ...

Take a look at the scene ... everything is out of place, it looks like an explosion just happened here, and at its crater, lies an unconscious man on the ground and next to him stands a very tall figure ... untouched ...

"STRAW HAT !!!!" one marine shouts ...

All the marines aim their guns at the Tall pirate .. Straw Hat? ... who is straw hat? ... whomever he is, he seems to be in a tough spot here ... around fifty marines standing at our Pub's door are aiming their guns at him ... all ready to shoot any moment now ...

"OH COME ON ... I WAS JUST HAVING A DRINK" The Tall Pirate says annoyed ...

"Stand down Straw hat, You are under arrest" The marine captain says ...

The Tall Pirate Laughs ... "A GENEROUS OFFER CAPTAIN, BUT I AM AFRAID I HAVE TO DECLINE" He says ...

"All marines, Aim" The captain says ...

Are they really about to shoot him?! ...

"On my command" The captain says ...

Can he survive that ?!! ...

"Shoo..."

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM !!! ...

......

....

...

What was that blow !!!

Our entrance ...

It is completely destroyed ...

The left part seems to be crushed and is now on strange black and yellow flames ...

The right part seems to be sliced up with green smoke emitting from it ...

And the marine soldiers, they are laying on the ground, some beaten, some unconscious ...

What The ..?

Among the mess, Two unpleasant looking figures appear, Both emitting strong black lightening waves ... oh my head ... it seems to get a little dizzy ...

"JEEZ CAP ... IT HASN'T EVEN BEEN FIVE DAMN MINUTES AND YOU ALREADY MADE A SCENE ..."

One of the two men says as he kicks the wrecked door out of the way ...

You take a look at the man, he is tall, muscular with golden hair that ends in a long braid, curly eyebrows, one long and thin strand of his hair is falling over the right side of his face !!! he is smoking a strange pipe, and wearing a long black coat and black trousers, he has fishing rod on his back ,and oh and his legs !!! they are casually on fire !!!

"OI DOGMA ... ONCE WE ARE DONE WITH THIS, YOU OWE ME TWO BOTTLES OF EAST BLUE SAKE ..."

The other man says as he holds the head of the marine captain, then tosses him away ...

You see the man, Also tall and muscular, he is wearing a black bandana that covers his strangely green hair !!!, he has a scar over his left eye and wear three earrings on his right ear, he wears a black robe, with a green belly warmer, he wears three swords on his left side, you can't tell for sure but a very strange green aura is emitting from him, it looks like ... a demon !!! ...

"I WAS ONLY HERE FOR A DRINK" The Tall pirate says ...

"COME ON, LET'S GET BACK TO THE CEASER BEFORE IT GETS CROWDED IN HERE" The Tall Pirate says ...

You watch as the three of them walk out together ...

Who are those guys ?!! ...

Wish i could tell you ...

As you can see ... it is never boring here in Havana Breeze ...

Don't worry about the damage ... luckily we have good insurance so we will be back in business in due time ...

It might take us a couple of weeks though ...

So by then ... Can we expect you back ?!!!

But remember , Here in Havana Breeze we only have one rule ...

Your safety is your own responsibility ...

A Town's Ordeal, A Young Marine and A Great Pirate !!! ...

Fan Art/Fiction ...

The Sunset truly looks horrible on that remote island at the end of the new world ...

everything is burning, the houses, the farms, even some corpses are still burning …

What Horrors happened here ?!!!

You murmur to yourself, You, a young marine recruit, was sent here in a small marine battalion of a few hundred soldiers to investigate a reported pirate activity at this island ... however, it seems that you are already too late ....

"Help"

You hear the voice of a man crying in despair, it comes from a burning house on your right, you ran towards him …

"They are not like him, He was Kind, They are monsters … please help"

Who is he who was kind?!! and Who are they?!! You wonder as you help the man, he reaches you, grabs your shirt and pulls you closer ...

"Please Save My Little Girl" ...

"I Will" ...

"Thank you" ...

He whispers to you before passing out, you quickly scan his body, two great wounds to the belly and chest, he is not surviving that, it a miracle he stayed alive for that long, it seemed the only thing that kept him alive was to find help for his little girl.

His little girl !!!! Where is she?!!

You scan the place with your eyes to find the girl, and you do …

Hiding from you under a bed, You see the little girl …

"Don't be afraid little angel … I am here to help you" … you say

You slowly approach the little girl as you spread your arm to her … she looks around in fear then looks at you …

"There there … You are safe .. Now what's your name little Angel ?!! "… you say

"My name Is Annabel" She says in tears …

"Ok little Annabel let's get you somewhere safe how about that?!!" You say jokingly …

"Promise?!!" she says to you as she raises her little finger …

You don't really know what is waiting for you on this island .. So you automatically reply …

"Yes … Promise" you say as you raise your little finger and wraps it around hers …

Feeling safe, little Anna jumps in your arms, you carry her on your back and head out of the burning house

You fool !!! making a promise you don't know if you can keep, and to a little girl, that's harsh !! …

However, You are a marine, you took an oath to help those in need, and If pirates are here, then it is your duty that you must stop them …

You search the island for any sign of pirates, no sign at all, just a scorched island with many horrible sights, it is now night time and it seems that this report reached you too late, but you don't mind since you started to grow fond of little Anna's company ��

"WATCH OUT !!! "

You run as you here one of the scouts shouting, over the hill … You climb up to see …

Yes !!! there is no mistaking it …

Over the shore in the dark of night, you can make out the shape of many pirate ships docked, these must be the ships of the pirates who raided this poor town …

The Commander, Vice Captain "Kirov" orders the marines to form a defense line along the shore line, You harry back down the town to hide Anna in a secure house near the hill's base, then you harry back to form the line …

A MARINE'S DUTY IS TO PROTECT THE WEAK …

You remind yourself as you take your place in line, you ready your gun and watch the pirate ships … twenty in total give or take a couple, and you can see the pirates aboard … and …

And they are loading their catapults !!! …

"INCOMING !!!! "

You shout to the top of your lungs as you warn the marines of the upcoming pirate attack …

WE ARE THE MARINES !!! the soldiers entrusted with the responsibility to protect the people of this world from the evil of pirates and criminals, No Pirates can stand to our might … You remind yourself

the first wave of attack arrives, and to your surprise, it was not fireballs !!! but large metal cubes, many of them, around fifty, very strange in shape … you watch perplexed as the marines get close to the cubes to inspect it … why would the pirates throw metal cubes behind our li… !!

TROJAN HORSES !!!!

"Stand Back, IT'S A TRAP !!!" You shout as you run towards the cube, but it's late, What you feared was true, the cubes are smashed from the inside they reveal the dozens of pirates hidden within, each had around forty of them …

And now they are behind our defense line …

And they greatly outnumber us …

You turn back to find a group of pirates attacking you from behind, you face them ...

You draw your gun as you took a look at their faces, Oh good God !!!! they look more like monsters than people, vicious and terrifying , you gather your strength and aim at one of them, you shoot but it misses his heart, he looks back at you, how scary !!!

You aim again but he hits you with his axe, you lay on the ground trembling with fear, What is this power ?!! you are not weak but him knocking you with one swing, this is a power so foreign to you, like an invisible armor, how can you defeat that ?!!! how can we really fight that !!! ....

Pirates are slaughtering the marines, Commander Kirov fought Courageously, but they killed him in cold blood, Pirates are winning this fight ...

"NO" ...

You remember Anna, You promised to save her no matter what !!! ...

You stand up and run back to the house Anna is hiding in ...

"Save My Little Girl "

You remember the dying man's voice as you run back to the house where you hid Anna … But you find a group of pirates blocking the way …

You look around in fear, Pirates are overtaking this place, This is true Horror !!!! marines are being killed everywhere, those monsters are really strong …

You gather up your strength and jump to stab one pirate in the neck, he screams in fear as he falls down, two pirates jump at you but you greet one of them with a kick blade to the neck and the other with a bullet to his face, they fall down …

You sprint to Anna ..,

"I WILL SAVE YOU" … You Shout

You can still hear your comrades screams for help, you are overtaken for a moment with their cries, but you continue to run to Anna, at least she can't defend herself …

"HELP ME !!!" … a soldier screams

Come on …

"PLEASE SPARE MY LIFE" … a soldier begs

Keep running …

"I DON'T WANT TO DIE !!" … another cries

You made a Promise !!! …

You reach Anna's hideout, but to your horror, you find the place being raided by pirates, there must be around fifty of them here, you can see they didn't find her yet as you can see her still hidden under the staircase, you smile and signal her to keep silent, she nods her head and raises her little finger, she reminds you of your promise, you raise your little finger back … What a dilemma !!! How can I overtake these pirates …

You grasp your rifle, take a long breath, and fire at one of the pirates' head …

It explodes as the rest of the pirates charge towards you … you jump in the air shooting a couple more bullets that kills another two of them, but one of them grabs your leg …

"NOOOOO" …

You resist and stab the grabber in the face, but three others pin you to the ground …

"NOOOOOOOOO" …

You spit in the eye of the one holding your right arm, forcing him to free you as he covers his eyes, you grab your wrist knife and stab the other two … you stand up again and run to Anna …

"Promise?!!" … you remember little Anna's words …

You see a pirate aiming a rifle at you, you try to dodge but …

It hits your left thigh …

You crumble down as all the remaining pirates pile on your body … one of them is raising his sword, about to decapitate you …

You bleed profusely as your strength starts to fade ...

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" …….

...

....

Everything stops for a moment ...

Even the pirates are stunned ...

It is like time itself stopped moving forward ...

They look at you for a moment in perplexion ...

You could say they are even ...

Afraid Of You !!! ...

Then there was a huge blast, just in front of the house where Anna is hiding, the smoke so dense and high it blocked the skies …

The pirates are blown back by the blast … it doesn't seem to be their doing …

WHO IS THAT ?!! …

You stand up, look at the blast, where a huge smoke cloud is now present !!!

This is strange ! This cloud looks unreal ! Whatever the case, You walk to the house … as you notice something …

"WHAT ... IN ... THE .... WORLD ...." !!!

Is that even real !!! you gaze your eyes at the sky above you ... you see it but it's hard to believe ...

above you !! The sky !!!

Is SHATTERED !!!!

The air around you is filled with smoke and dust as you look at the smoke cloud with clear horror, the smoke is so dense you can't see what is in its center, very strange …

My head !!!

You can't tell what is happening!!! but you start to feel dizzy, your vision goes blurred, you take a knee in a desperate attempt to catch your heart beat, I am about to pass out!!! everything starts to go black !!!!

NO !!!

BACK TO YOUR SENSES !!!

You are a MARINE god dammit !!!

You tell yourself !!! as you cling to every last drop of strength and courage not to fall apart, there is a strong current of wind with sparks of strange black lightening flowing from the center of the blast, you notice the pirates around you falling to the ground untouched !!! Even the flames is being put down by that strange flow of air and pressure, you even notice some of the marines passing out !!!

what on earth is that !!!

those are veteran marines !!! many of them far exceed you in power and experience !!! What on earth is causing them to faint ?!!

Whatever the case, Anna is still there and I must save her …

You hardly hold your gun and struggle to stand up again and walk into that smoke cloud …

I AM A MARINE

you see both pirates and marines falling down around you like flies!!!

But you steady your gait …

WE ARE THE SWORD AND SHIELD OF THIS WORLD

you see some of the pirates running away from the blast in horror, some even shouting at you to turn back and run …

I WILL NOT TURN BACK

The strange black lightening is now emitting immensely from that blast, the smoke start to gradually disappear, you can make out the silhouette of a very tall figure standing in its center ... Who is THAT ?!!!

Thatd when you hear what sounds to be a pirate shouting ...

"THE DARING CEASER IS DOCKING !!! FLEE !!! FLEE !!!"

The daring Ceaser !!! you heard that name before !!! you know it is the name of an infamous ship of a dreaded pirate, But you can't remember who he was …

But why did he came ?!!! ...

Did he come here to fight along side the pirates ?!! …

But the pirates seem afraid of him and they are fleeing the island …

Does he want to save us?!! …

What is he here for ?!!! …

"Save My Little Girl" …

I Will ..

I can't leave it to chance ... If he is a pirate he is an enemy … an enemy who can harm Anna ....

I am saving her …

Another huge blast of black lightening appears, this time it coming directly at you !!!

You feel every cell of your body struggle, even taking a breath now seems impossible, the pain, you have never felt this huge pain even after training for ten days straight with that old monster in white attire, what was his name? you can't even remember ...

It takes the will of every atom in your body not to faint, you stop and take a knee, just a few meters away from the edge of the blast …

"Let's take you somewhere safe" You remembered your promise …

you try to raise your head to see through it, it feels like carrying ten mountains just to raise your head …

You can now see shadows in the center of the blast ...

one .. two .. three ... no ... fifteen !!! ...

fifteen shadows ?!!

"STRONG SPIRIT YOUNG MARINE !!!"

You hear a deep strong Voice calling you !!!

as you hear that voice !!! you see one of the silhouettes starts approaching you ...

"THIS UNYIELDING SPIRIT OF YOURS WAS WHAT DROVE US HERE"

You try to stand up again and aim your gun ...

However, as he gets closer to you, your dizziness increases by folds … you feel you are about to fall ...

NO !!! I CAN NOT FAIL !!!

It took you a miracle to resist fainting and aim your gun at the silhouette, he is now only one meter away from you, he should be visible to you but your vision is completely blurred, every part of your body now trembles as you exhaustingly aim your gun at his head ...

But he simply pushes away you gun ...

You still can't see his face, It is just the silhouette that you can see, yet you can tell he is carrying something … someone? …

"Anna !!!" …

He puts her down next to you … This is really Anna ... She is sleeping … or fainted ... but alive .. very much alive ... What !!

How !!

Why !!! …

You take a look to Anna, she seems sound and safe, you take another look at the town, the fire is put and the pirates are nowhere to see, it seems that this man ,really saved this town …

Then you drive your gaze to look at him, The Savior, you still too dizzy to see him in details but you can see his silhouette and it seems he is wearing something on his head, something like a straw hat !!!

You lay a look on his face !!! strange !!! you can't clearly see his face, but you can tell that his face is somehow ...

kind …

"They are not like him, he was Kind" …

you remember the dying man's first words to you …

"So you were referring to him old man" You mumble to yourself …

You feel strong auras coming from around you as you finally lay down on the floor, you can count fourteen shadows passing by you, these must be his crew comrades…

What a group !!! You say !!!

You feel one of them wrapping up your wounded thigh as you hear them say in a much gentler voice "YOU CAN LEAVE THE REST TO US, YOUNG MARINE"

You lay one final look at them as you're about to faint, fifteen shadows in total, all looking extra-ordinarily powerful …

It seems that I can truly trust them with the rest … even though they are pirates … I can't sense a shard of malevolence from any of them …

"I LIKE YOUNG FOOLS LIKE YOU, IT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO DIE YET, YOUNG MARINE" The Kind Pirate says …

Even his voice pushes you to faint, how strong is this man !!! how can one man be so strong !!!

He turns his back at you ... you lay on the ground as you hear him one last time saying …

"THE WORLD IS VAST AND RICH YOUNG MARINE, BUT I TRUST A MAN WITH A SPIRIT LIKE THAT OF YOURS, IS BOUND TO CONQUER IT AND STAND AT THE TOP ONE DAY"

You close your eyes, barely able to stay conscious … satisfied that you could keep your promise …

"SO LET'S MEET AGAIN AT THE TOP OF THE WORLD, YOUNG MARINE" The Kind Pirate says as he waved me goodbye …

"I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOU THERE"

You nod your head agreeingly … as your last second of consciousness fades away …

"Looking forward to" you mumble …

You wear a wide smile as …

You faint …

After that day you will be remembered ...
