Don't hide the internet from your kids. Teach them how to properly handle it. Not saying let your 5 year old on live leak I'm just saying if you suffocate your kids at home, when they're out of your eye they're much more likely to do things that could harm themselves or others in retaliation.

I don't understand why some parents are just so adverse to having an open conversation with their kids about things. Whether it's drugs sex or even their own bodies it's like parents want to avoid the subject and that leads to misinformation being spread. Like people who think wearing two condoms is better than one. No one told me that I would get my period eventually and when it did happen I thought i was dying and when the talk did happen it was quick I was left with many questions. Idk I've seen all types of parenting produce bad and good kids so some of it is luck of the draw but imma stop ranting.
