So I think one update Iโ€™ll make to my workout split is Mondays with a 6x mile run. I think Mondays will just be a longer run day in general, whether thatโ€™s 3x miles or 10x miles. But I still ran a little over 4x miles yesterday and incorporated stretching before and after bc it was a longer run. I also ate the 1400 calories, and when I got hungry at 5:30pm, I just decided to chug water. And with the 1400 calories, I was able to drink my coffee with French vanilla cream, green juice with vitamins, scrambled eggs (2x egg whites and 1x whole egg) cooked with PAM spray instead of oil + bacon, Greek yogurt with dark chocolate with oats and two bowls of jollof rice. Today, I ran a little over 2x miles as my warm-up, hit glutes heavy (I hit a PR of 100 pounds for my split squats), did a great 20 minute core workout and now Iโ€™m waking 1x mile to finish up my physical activity for the day. So Iโ€™ve been eating around 1500-1590 calories a day and although I am learning it isnโ€™t always about the scale, I still want to get into the 150s. So I changed by calorie budget to 1400 calories. My workout set will be as followed:
Mondays: stretch, 6x mile run, back, stretch
Tuesdays: 2x mile run warm-up, glutes, abs
Wednesday: 2x mile run warm-up, arms, abs
Thursdays: 2x mile warm-up run, either yoga or legs, abs
Fridays: 2x mile warm-up run, glutes, abs, stretch
