There was something soft, warm and comforting of the first season of GOT (even 2 and 3). I miss those times. Rewashing the later seasons and even HOTD isn't the same. The Show is beautiful with how far cgi and filmography has progressed but the early seasons are definitely comfort watches

Side note I plan on coming back to this blog soon! I still have to wait to finish my student teaching to get 3 categories consistently done well once I get placed in a school but other then that, I will be here as much as I can

"Sansa! Arya!" Alys ran over to her cousin at full speed, dropping her skirts only when she reached the girls and hugged them tightly. "It's so good to see you both! How is Jocelyn? No doubt she's missing the warmth of the south. Is Jon with you? Last we saw him, he said he'd visit" She looked behind them and frowned when she didn't see her older half brother in tow with her cousins and Uncle Eddard.

Alys glanced over at her youngest sister Sara and waved her over. The youngest princess walked calmly over and gave a curtsy. "Hello, I hope you both had a nice trip. I prayed for good weather. Father said that he was greatfull that Uncle Eddard was coming to be his Hand. He needs a firm and responsible one." Alys mentioned the last part a bit irritated but overall she was calm and soft spoken unlike her elder sister Alys who was exuberant and energetic.

Jocelyn Baratheon, first born daughter of King Robert and Queen Lyanna Stark born in 282 AC

Alys Baratheon second child born 284 AC

Sara Baratheon born 290 AC

(Their half siblings include Roberts bastards and Lyannas bastard Jon. Both Jon and Edric are acknowledged by the crown. Jon is warded in the North under Eddard. (Lyanna argued that if Robert was acknowledging his bastards then she could as well) Jon still goes North much to Lyannas dismay, Robert cant say he's not not happy about that)

Jocelyn is betrothed to Robb Stark and has a huge crush on Jamie.

Alys to Loras Tyrell (later Edric Storm after Loras refuses marriage)
