You use a paci regardless of your regression age.

You wear a diaper regardless of your regression age. Also, diapers are not necessarily s*xu@l. Some people wear them for medical reasons too.

You use a bottle, sippy, or regular cup regardless of your regression age.

You watch things or play games that aren't child-friendly or not necessarily geared towards kids while you're regressed.

You eat "grown-up" or adult foods when you're regressed. Regression isn't always dino nuggets, Happy Meals, and other "kid foods."

You don't have an exact regression age. Some people regress to a range of ages. Or you might just say you regress to a toddler, kid, teen, etc but you don't have a specific number to put to it. Or you just feel younger. Everything is valid!

Everything isn't pink and cute and "girly."

Your regression doesn't have an aesthetic.

You watch newer kids shows rather than the ones you grew up with. Or a mix of both!

I always felt bad when I would say I’m and age regressior because I can’t fully regress but I don’t wanna be called an age dreamer,I wanna be called an age regressior.

Shout out to age dreamers who feel invalid because they can't fully regress. Who have tried and tried to fully regress but can't. Who don't like the title "age dreamer" because they feel cut off from the rest of the age regression community. Who don't always realize they've regressed. Who don't outwardly express their regression. Or any other age dreamer. You are valid. You are seen. You are loved. You don't have to fit into a box. As long as it helps your mental health and doesn't harm yourself or others, you do you. As an age dreamer myself, I can say with full certainty, you are not alone and you are amazing. 🩷💖🩷💖

That’s a hard one! I like when it rains when I’m at home or I’m at school and we stay in for recess. Plus,if it rains when I’m at home I can listen to asmr WITH the irl rain sound! I’ve tried it once and it’s HEAVEN!

On the other side,well,the sunny side,I like it when it’s sunny so I can play and climb stuff outside,watch everything going on,and other stuff,like playing in some mud. I can also climb the tree in my front yard,play with my toys in the backyard,and it’s pretty fun!

Personally,I like both! Sunny days are where you can play and rainy days are chill days! They are both great in their own way,so I can’t really choose!

Sorry for the yapping,this was fun to basically write a whole essay talk about for my autistic butt!
