MY FAVOURITE FOOD......

Assalamualikum.....hello everyone,,last week I shared about myself in my first posting and today i would like to share with you about my favourite food...hope you'll like it....

APPERTIZER....

ROJAK BUAH....here the ingredients>

1 medium cucumber

2 small young green mangoes, peeled

1/2 medium pineapple, skinned

1 large yam bean (sengkuang/jicama), peeled

3 teaspoons black shrimp paste

Prawn crisps ( see recipe)

150g roasted peanuts, chopped coarsely

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

For the sauce

15 dried chillies, soaked and deseeded

2.5 cm belacan, toasted

1/2 cup (125 ml) tamarind juice

120g caster sugar

1 teaspoon (5 ml) dark soya sauce

MAIN COURSE

NASI BERIANI GAM....peerrgghhh soo delicios,,,

ingredients (Serves 10 people ) * 2 cups Basmati rice * 500 gm chicken chopped ½ cup milk * 1 cup yogurt * 3 bij onions * 1 teaspoon ground ginger * 1 teaspoon ground garlic ½ cup tomato puree * 1 tablespoon chili powder green * 1 teaspoon cumin powder * 2 tablespoons masala powder * 300 gm green cardamom powder, saffron secubi * 1 tsp coriander powder * 2 tablespoons coriander leaves * 7 tablespoons ghee oil salt to taste [ Measurement Equivalents ] method 1. Mix the tomato puree , yogurt , ginger paste , garlic paste , green chilli powder , turmeric powder, cumin powder , masala powder and salt. Stir until smooth . 2. Marinade the chicken with dough and set aside for three to four hours. 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden and fragrant. 4. Put the marinated chicken and cook for 10 minutes . 5. Add four cups of water into the rice . Then add the saffron and milk . 6. Mix the powdered cardamom and chicken . 7. Cook the rice in a pressure high temperature and stir . 8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve. <best of luck>

MILO tabur....hahaha,,very easy to make

Ingredients: - ) 1 cup low-fat milk 3 tablespoons milo 2 tablespoons milo ( for sowing ) 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 cups hot water Ice cubes to taste HOW to make : - ) Mix 3 tablespoons with 1 1/2 cups hot water , stir well and add the sweetened condensed milk . Stir well . Add low-fat milk and stir well . Come to think of flowers , put in blender and blend briefly. Pour in a cup match , put ice cubes to taste. Let heartbeat kasi milo water so cold . Nak new drink milo sprinkle on him .... Serve That's all for today.....enjoy it

I am Nor Hannan Binti Mohd Taib,19 years old. I'm from Yan, Kedah. Majored in Bachelor Of Dakwah With Human Resource Management ( Hons ) in Selangor International Islamic University College. My family consists of father, mother, two sisters, me, and two brothers. My family called me (alang).

      My lovely parents….Mohd Taib Bin Abdullah, 47 and Sakinah Binti Aziz,46. The picture above was taken the day before convocation of the eldest sister in the Masjid Kristal, Kuala Terengganu. We called them UMMI and ABAH…

    My eldest sister,… Siti Zanariah Binti Mohd Taib,  24 years old. Graduate as Bachelor of Chemistry Sciences. Working as trainer in Raudhatus Sakinah Master Training and Consultancy.(along)

                                                        Nor Alia Binti Mohd Taib,21 years old. She’s my second sister and also a quiet person actually… worked as a babysitter.(angah)

  The naughty boy names Mohd Farid Hafizi Bin Mohd Taib. New finished SPM examination in 27 November 2014. We called him (chaq).

                                                                 My little brother….called him (achik),,he’s a very shy boy and loves animal. New  finished in PT3 examination. Likes to help other people at home.

                                                               Introducing our pet PINPIN…short name of the famous child stories in tv9 UPIN & IPIN...Has a pair of unique eye, brown left eye and the right eye is blue. Pinpin are very active and spoiled.

    No.73, Batu 16 Padang Lumat 08300 Gurun Kedah. My beautiful and peacefull hometown….Surrounded by rice fields and views of Gunung Jerai at the back.

                                                                                            Why I choose (KUIS)?

Because KUIS organizes many interesting programs and also have a islamic environment…

                                               My role model Dato’ Dr  Haji Fadzilah Kamsah….because he’s a very good motivator,always give his useful advice.

My ambition??? I want to be a good motivator like  Dato’ Dr Fadzilah Kamsah as well and also be a good muslimah Insya-Allah....
