genuinely starting to resent the popular tumblr userbase in the recent couple of months, just seeing what posts (and who) gets reblogs and what doesn't. everyone's blog could be a case study.

in this past day one of my joke posts from a year ago gained almost 2k notes. my posts about my friend Hazem's family (verified family #281 on evacuation spreadsheet) has gotten less than 100. they've only raised less than €500 in this entire day and there hasn't been a donation in 3 hours.

if everyone who reblogged the joke post in the past 24 hours donated just €10, Hazem's family would not only have the funds to not go hungry but also be evacuated. this is how dire it is.

the parents are facing a real, terrifying possibility of not being able to evacuate with their children. please help them get to their 50k goal.

i ended up finding the fic a few days ago. its been a long search. i'm surprised how accurate my memory was- won't be linking/sharing it since it's a deleted work but good to know it was somewhere out there! (i had a friend who was convinced it was not real and i made it up via dream/other LOL). the only incorrect detail was the jan 2022 bit.

hi ummmm.... I literally never post here and I don't think I follow any STSG (jjk) creators on here but. here i am. Desperate times and all that.

The rundown: So basically I read this STSG fic(on ao3) where gojo can turn into a cat back in sept-nov 2021. I went looking for it a few months after reading it (Jan 2022) . Could not find it anywhere. Ive searched for it several times since then and it's gone. I swear. i'm a little obsessed with finding it. but if anyone can find it i'll love you forever. or at least if someone can confirm they've also read it. pls.

Details: One or two chapters.. probably marked as unfinished. Getou lives in the countryside(?) working as a curse user who takes random jobs (he never went to jjk tech). He gets a bounty to kword Gojo right after a white cat goes through the window and steals salmon that he's cooking. He considers taking it i think? Later the cat comes back as he does some research into Gojo and finds old records of the Riko incident. He ends up taking a job where he has to dispel Riko (she turned into a curse). The last thing I remember is Getou follows the white cat on one of his curses and sees it turn into Gojo. Uhhh. yeah.
