This is going to be some piercing evolution from 2008-2017.

new addition (helix in his right ear) first seen after coming back in late May after his car accident)

two new additions on his left ear (got them around August-ish)

So we have a total of 7 piercings.

I want to get Jonghyuns ear piercings soon, but I can’t seem to exactly find good pictures of it. In the Shinin’ videos he seems to have both his lobes double pierced and a helix on both sides, his right side almost at the top of his ear and his left a bit down. But on most pictures I find, it seems as if he only has double lobes on his right side and not on his left. Do you know by any chance?

That’s quite surprising! Because Jonghyun loved profile shots there are so many of them floating around.

As someone who has no idea about piercing termini (since I don’t have any - at all) I just show you his ears. :’)

For the longest time he had only one in the bottom of his left ear and one on the top side (which is called a Helix as I just learned from Google - he got that in June 2012) …

…but in 2017 (I believe it was August, but don’t quote me on that) he added two at the bottom to the mix (didn’t always put the new ones in though - as can be seen in the Poet | Artist album photos)

On his right ear he has two at the bottom and one at the very top as you’ve mentioned in your ask.
