Ok not the coolest photo, I will admit that. However it has taken me 3 tries to get my hands on the Costa Lindt hot chocolate so I'm working with what I've got :p. So the hot chocolate is very thick, hence why it comes in a tiny little cup. It's almost like drinking a brownie, very rich. It's taking me a while to get through it because it was served piping hot and my upper palette has been burned :p. Overall not really to my taste, I would have preferred if it actually tasted like lindor chocolate, a bit lighter and creamier. However it's not a bad hot chocolate and I imagine a lot of people would like it. :)

there's a good story behind this hot chocolate..but I'm too tired to type it. it's good to know the hot chocolate from café Nero is nice cuz there's one opposite where I work :)

Starbucks - Peppermint hot chocolate I made them make me a new one because I thought it tasted like coffee. I think I'm so used to really chocolatey hot chocolates that I can no longer drink Starbucks haha.

Kaph - hot chocolate with coconut milk Really disappointed me, it's usually better.

Insomnia - their red velvet hot chocolate for Christmas is really nice - if you're into sweet things

On the go hot chocolate

Sometimes hot chocolate from the newsagents is the best. The reasons being you can just run in before your lecture, fill the cup yourself in 2 seconds and hand over a mere €2 coin. It still warms you up and tastes good yet you don’t lose any of your valuable time :)

Lemon : [€3] This is my first time trying the hot chocolate from lemon. I was not impressed with it. It is definitely too dark for my liking and has a sort of grainy feel to it. The best description that I can come up with for this is ‘drinkable’. Wouldn’t get it again, definitely not for the high price of 3 euro.

who? imaan, 20 year-old college student, spends copious amounts of time in coffee-serving venues. what? this is my coffee blog, where i plan to talk about my many coffee-filled experiences. when? this blog was born on the 29th november 2015, also the night before a serious essay deadline which i am conveniently avoiding while writing this. where? the lively, cold dublin city. why? because what better excuse to drink excessive amounts of coffee than to say “it’s for my blog” like the ironic alt hipster chick i truly am.
