hello! sorry if this ask has already been answered, but how did you discover your art style/what characters/shows did you gain inspiration from to make your art style! I love your art btw! <3

OHH TYY FOR ASKING i hadn't seen this!!

i think my biggest influence growing up was a lot of shojo and josei manga, i took a lot from ai yazawa's Nana because i was OBSESSED with how delicate and elegant everything looked and the attention to detail in the outfits, that and monster high were my brainrot and obsession with drawing clothes came from mostly

i draw a lot of inspiration from tsulala/rem, i adore her art so much and i've learned so much about linework from them

in more recent years i've to thank devinellekurtz for basically being my source of coloring inspiration and having sooo many good insightful guides on the process and color theory

OH manda_amsbt also huge inspo, kind of my natural evolution from liking ai yazawa growing up because manda has that gorgeous attention to detail in clothes and anatomy but more aligned with the comic style i prefer now

i just look at art a lot and have fun with my hyperfixations (currently dnd, discovering so many artists through it) and hope to be a fraction of how cool my inspirations are, if i find im bored with art i'll switch things up and i often change up my technique or the way i approach things ahah, i don't tend to stay with one thing too long
