Tonight, I did Obi Obadike’s bodyweight workout.
That meant:
3 circuits. There are four exercises in each circuit. To move on the next circuit, you must complete all 5 sets. The full workout is all three circuits.
Circuit one:
Push-up: 5 sets, 30 reps
Chair dip: 5 sets, 30 reps
Wall sit: 5 sets, 45 seconds
Russian twist: 5 sets, 30 reps (I did this with a 20lb dumbbell)
Circuit two: (I modified one exercise and did instead 2 pull-ups x 5 chin-ups)
Plank: 5 sets, 60 seconds
Flutter kick: 5 sets, 30 reps
2 pull-ups x 5 chin-ups: 5 sets
Body squat: 5 sets, 30 reps
Circuit three:
Mountain climber: 5 sets, 30 reps
Calf raise: 5 sets, 30 reps (I used 2, 20lb dumbbells for my raises)
Shadow boxing: 5 sets of 30 reps
Bodyweight Lunges: 5 sets of 30 reps (I used 2, 20lb dumbbells for my lunges)
Which means that after two sick days, this boy is back in business! I can now add to my week’s totals:
Pull-ups- 10
Chin-ups X 31
Push Ups X 180
Dips X 50
Squats X 150
Lunges X 150
This workout is super brutal, but totally worth a try! If you do it, let me know how it went for you!
