Craziest part about the Alien franchise is Ripley admitting in the sequels that she never truly hates the aliens. She respects them. As she says in Aliens: “At least they don’t screw each other over a percentage.”

Grace sat at the table, hating that she put herself in this situation. She hasn’t been on a date since before the break up.

The break up was honestly a blur of pain and angst. She took several deep breaths to not be drawn back into those memories.

Donna claimed she was making the apartment depressing and set her up on a blind date.

Donna clearly has poor taste in dates, because the person is coming up to be 10 minutes late.

Grace gets up to leave when the doors fly open and—oh, she’s going to kill Donna.

Anissa runs through the doors and looks around until her eyes land on Grace.

Awkwardly, she walks over and nods. “I didn’t know you’d be here…” She pauses and sighs. “I’m gonna kill Nightwing.”

Of course. “Not if I beat you to it. Don’t forget Donna.”

“Wanna plan revenge?” Anissa asked with a spark of hope in her eyes.

Grace smiled. “Of course.”

Anissa sat and smiled back at her. Maybe Donna will stop complaining about the apartment being so depressing.

She’s still getting revenge—she just might also get her girlfriend back.
