I think there's a lot in the OG homestuck that's just kinda. racist and/or misogynistic. And idc it's fine if people like it despite that but tumblr users are notoriously bad at that so they have to convince themselves and everyone else it's not the case and actually all the characters were well written poc and also all transgender

Tumblr is one of the oldest places of fandoms that can never accept problematic materials as they are. They never had in its early days during Danganronpa and not in present times with other series.

and its only been like fifteen seconds but bro has already gone through a textbook of reasons why he thinks hes a bad parental figure and the first thing he shits out of his mouth is “i promise i wont take miss piggy in the shower anymore” and dave just??????

and thats it. dave prepared for Nothing and the only thing disappointing is that he had some really good metaphors written down that he didnt even get to say so bro humors him and lets dave go on with his prepared speech anyway and they spitball jokes back and forth with each other for the next hour until dave goes back to his room.
