QUADROBICS TIPS!!
So, you're trying to walk on all fours? As an experienced quadrobist for a year, here are some tips that MAY help you.
WALKING!
Watch some animals walk first (Ones that walk on 4 legs!!)
First, tuck your fingers to ensure you don't hurt yourself.
Put 2 of your hands on the ground, fingernails down.
Start lowering your bottom to fix your stand.
Then, try and put one hand FINGERS TUCKED in front of you.
When you get confident enough, do the other hand in front.
Now you should be in a pretty uncomfortable position.
Move your leg slightly forwards, and do the same with the other.
Repeat the steps slowly, and pretty soon enough you can walk flawlessly on fours!
PLEASE NOTE IT WILL TAKE TIME.
