That's so long and the GoFundMe didn't make any mention of improvement since then.

Genuinely a curious question because this topic is kinda confusing to me; especially if I plan to write fics or something but, why is he jealous of Serana? I mean for the people who play Namira worshippers, vampires, werewolves, liches, or witches (etc) it feels kind of random. Or is this something you intend to change? Example rather than jealousy it's just blatant dislike, because you're both vampires...or a vampire, and any of the other weird people I listed.

I get why he would be jealous over a normal character, who sided with the Dawnguard and what not tho.

Taliesin's reactions are based off of keywords and conditions for him to recognize what he's looking at. Player playstyles such as being a witch or deadra worshiper doesn't have conditions for Taliesin to recognize. I would have to put dialogue for the player to tell him "I'm a witch" for a global variable to be listed for him. Which is a lot of work.

Werewolves can only be recognized when they're in werewolf form, but in human form would be through The Companions quest line.

Vampire's are a separate race and an easy condition for Taliesin to recognize. That's why his distaste for Vampires is so easy to see. There's a lot of work I need to put in for witches, necromancers, ect. In order for Taliesin to recognize.

In terms of Serana. She's just a red flag for him, especially over the course of Dawnguard. Considering how the player kills every vampire they meet but not Serana - an ancient vampire lord who hasn't fed over centuries and asks to be taken to a castle full of more vampires!

Dawnguard isn't going to be an easy DLC to write for Taliesin. It's at the very bottom of my to-do list.

okay a random horse appeared to me killing a bear with its hooves and i figured out its your horse. is peaches just a fun random encounter or is she For something

haha Peaches was added as a marker for the base of the shrine since a lot of people were having trouble finding where to encounter Taliesin.

She's free for grabs if you want a horse with a Thalmor saddle.
